Il s&#39;agit du sixi\u00e8me indicateur parmi toutes les autonomies apr\u00e8s la Navarre (50,4%), les \u00eeles Canaries (45,5%), la Cantabrie (29,3%), les \u00eeles Bal\u00e9ares (22,9%) et l&#39;Andalousie (22%), alors qu&#39;en moyenne en Espagne cette augmentation est 15,5 %. Le co\u00fbt moyen d&#39;un m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 de logement dans la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne en avril a atteint 1575 euros, soit 13,1% de plus qu&#39;un an plus t\u00f4t. Pour les appartements, il est de 1749 euros et pour les maisons unifamiliales de 1283 euros pour 1 m\u00b2. La hausse des prix a eu lieu dans 15 des 17 autonomies, et elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus notable en Andalousie (18,3%), Murcie (13,1%), la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne (13,1%), la Galice (12,8%), la Communaut\u00e9 autonome de Madrid ( 11,1 %) et les \u00eeles Bal\u00e9ares (10,2 %). Pr\u00e8s de 15% ont augment\u00e9 le nombre de pr\u00eats hypoth\u00e9caires accord\u00e9s aux Espagnols et aux \u00e9trangers qui d\u00e9cident d&#39;acheter une maison en Espagne. Le montant moyen des pr\u00eats est de 147 693 euros, soit environ 73,5 % du prix de l&#39;immobilier.
