Parmi ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (144) appartiennent \u00e0 Aedas Homes, qui pr\u00e9voit de les mettre en service d&#39;ici le d\u00e9but de 2024.
