Les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats de ce mois, marqu\u00e9s par une augmentation des taux d&#39;int\u00e9r\u00eat hypoth\u00e9caires pour lutter contre l&#39;inflation, n&#39;ont montr\u00e9 que l&#39;Andalousie et la Catalogne &#8211; 11 468 et 9 278 respectivement. Dans toute l&#39;Espagne, 57 333 transactions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es, dont 40 148 entre particuliers. Il s&#39;agit d&#39;une augmentation de 6,9 % par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l&#39;an dernier et il s&#39;agit du chiffre le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour ce mois au cours des 15 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Parmi celles-ci, 10 054 transactions repr\u00e9sentaient de nouveaux b\u00e2timents, soit 7,8 % de moins qu&#39;un an plus t\u00f4t. Il s&#39;agit de la baisse la plus importante des ventes d&#39;appartements et de maisons neuves en Espagne depuis juillet 2020. \u00c0 leur tour, les ventes \u00e0 la revente ont augment\u00e9 pendant 19 mois cons\u00e9cutifs &#8211; cette fois de 10,7 % par rapport \u00e0 2021. Quant aux Communaut\u00e9s autonomes, les ventes de logements ont augment\u00e9 en septembre 2022 dans toutes sauf quatre. La plus forte baisse a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e en Navarre (-22%), suivie de la Communaut\u00e9 autonome de Madrid (-4,8%), de l&#39;Andalousie (-2,2%) et de Castille et Le\u00f3n (-0,6%). \u00c0 leur tour, les r\u00e9gions qui ont enregistr\u00e9 la plus forte augmentation annuelle des transactions d&#39;achat et de vente de biens immobiliers r\u00e9sidentiels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les
