Il ne reste d\u00e9sormais que la possibilit\u00e9 de renouveler les permis de s\u00e9jour investisseur d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtenus. Pendant toute la dur\u00e9e du programme, l\u2019Espagne a d\u00e9livr\u00e9 plus de 22 000 Golden Visa, en tenant compte des visas des investisseurs et de ceux des membres de leur famille. 93 % d\u2019entre eux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 concentr\u00e9s dans sept provinces les plus populaires : Barcelone (33 %), Madrid (19 %), <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/fr\/articles\/city-of-spain\/malaga-spain\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Malaga<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (18 %), Alicante (10 %), les \u00eeles Bal\u00e9ares (5 %), G\u00e9rone (4 %) et Valence (4 %). Plus de 85 % de l\u2019ensemble des Golden Visa ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus sur la base d\u2019investissements immobiliers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les modifications l\u00e9gislatives sont entr\u00e9es en vigueur le 3 avril 2025 : \u00e0 partir de cette date, tous les visas investisseur sont supprim\u00e9s suite \u00e0 l\u2019abrogation des articles 63 \u00e0 67 de la loi 14\/2013 \u00ab sur le soutien aux entrepreneurs et leur internationalisation \u00bb, qui r\u00e9gissaient auparavant le r\u00e9gime de s\u00e9jour des \u00e9trangers r\u00e9alisant des investissements significatifs dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie espagnole.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les demandes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es avant l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur des changements, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire jusqu\u2019au 2 avril 2025 inclus, ont toutes \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9es et les titres de s\u00e9jour correspondants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9s. Les visas et permis de s\u00e9jour accord\u00e9s ant\u00e9rieurement resteront valables jusqu\u2019\u00e0 leur date d\u2019expiration, avec la possibilit\u00e9 de renouvellements ult\u00e9rieurs conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions r\u00e9glementaires en vigueur au moment de leur premi\u00e8re concession. En d\u2019autres termes, les titulaires de Golden Visa et les membres de leur famille pourront renouveler leur r\u00e9sidence sans difficult\u00e9, \u00e0 condition de respecter l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e8gles et exigences pr\u00e9vues pour chaque type de visa ou de r\u00e9sidence investisseur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour ceux qui souhaitent s\u2019installer en Espagne et recherchent des voies alternatives, plusieurs options s\u2019offrent \u00e0 eux. Voyons quels autres types de titres de s\u00e9jour existent pour les investisseurs et les professionnels travaillant \u00e0 distance.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permis de s\u00e9jour sans droit au travail en Espagne<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/fr\/articles\/spain-residence-permit-for-financially-independent-persons\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Residencia no lucrativa<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 le permis de s\u00e9jour sans droit au travail \u2013 est une excellente option pour ceux qui disposent de ressources financi\u00e8res suffisantes pour vivre en Espagne et d\u2019une source de revenus stables \u00e0 distance. Ce type de r\u00e9sidence est demand\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s du consulat d\u2019Espagne dans le pays de r\u00e9sidence du demandeur. Pour certains consulats, cette condition est obligatoire, pour d\u2019autres il s\u2019agit d\u2019une recommandation, mais dans tous les cas, la possession d\u2019un bien immobilier est un atout pour ce type de permis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien entendu, en plus de ces exigences, il existe d\u2019autres conditions \u00e0 respecter (absence de casier judiciaire, assurance maladie priv\u00e9e avec couverture compl\u00e8te, etc.). Mais dans cet article, nous nous concentrerons sur les crit\u00e8res cl\u00e9s qui permettent aux investisseurs et aux travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager en Espagne pour une r\u00e9sidence de longue dur\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permis de s\u00e9jour pour entrepreneurs (visa startup) et\/ou professionnels hautement qualifi\u00e9s en Espagne<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La loi susmentionn\u00e9e \u00ab sur le soutien aux entrepreneurs et leur internationalisation \u00bb maintient la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019obtenir un permis de s\u00e9jour pour les entrepreneurs (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/fr\/service\/startup-visa-to-spain\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">visa startup<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) et pour les professionnels hautement qualifi\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le premier cas, il s\u2019agit exclusivement de projets innovants qui cr\u00e9ent des emplois et pr\u00e9sentent une importance sociale et \u00e9conomique pour l\u2019Espagne.
