Selon le portail Fotocasa, le co\u00fbt le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 par m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 de l&#39;immobilier sur le march\u00e9 secondaire est enregistr\u00e9 ici. Ainsi, selon Fotocasa, le prix moyen au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 d&#39;un <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/sale\/alboraya\">logement secondaire \u00e0 Alboraya<\/a> est de 2 573 \u20ac. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le taux de croissance de la valeur de l&#39;immobilier dans cette municipalit\u00e9 s&#39;\u00e9levait \u00e0 6% par mois et \u00e0 plus de 20% &#8211; d&#39;une ann\u00e9e sur l&#39;autre. Il convient de noter que la municipalit\u00e9 d&#39;Alboraya a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 Benidorm, la deuxi\u00e8me dans la liste des zones les plus ch\u00e8res pour l&#39;achat de biens immobiliers dans la Communaut\u00e9 valencienne, ainsi que la capitale de l&#39;autonomie elle-m\u00eame, la ville de Valence, en termes de co\u00fbt moyen du logement. La diff\u00e9rence de co\u00fbt au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 dans le premier cas \u00e9tait de 300 \u20ac et dans le second de 500 \u20ac. Le portail Fotocasa a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un classement des municipalit\u00e9s ayant le taux de croissance le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 des prix de l&#39;immobilier au cours du mois \u00e9coul\u00e9. Le leader de ce classement dans la province de Valence \u00e9tait la municipalit\u00e9 de Quart de Poblet (Quart de Poblet), o\u00f9 la croissance des co\u00fbts de logement a \u00e9t\u00e9 de 10,6 % au cours du mois dernier. Au niveau de l&#39;autonomie, la cote \u00e9tait dirig\u00e9e par la municipalit\u00e9 d&#39;Alcala de Xivert, situ\u00e9e dans la province de Castell\u00f3n. Ici en novembre, les prix ont augment\u00e9 de 12,9% par rapport \u00e0 octobre.
