Bovendien ligt de op twee na grootste stad van het land in deze regio: Valencia, een van de meest interessante gebieden voor <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/service\/investing-in-property-in-spain\">vastgoedinvesteringen in Spanje<\/a> . Dit is vooral te danken aan het zich actief ontwikkelende Catalaanse &quot;proces&quot;, dat de economie van Cataloni\u00eb flink heeft geschokt en de politieke en sociale stabiliteit heeft aangetast. Veel buitenlandse investeerders en ondernemers die ge\u00efnteresseerd zijn in Cataloni\u00eb, hebben hun plannen gewijzigd en zijn andere regio&#39;s gaan overwegen voor investeringen, met name Valencia. Bovendien biedt de markt van de regio Valencia in het algemeen en Valencia in het bijzonder een breed scala aan vastgoed voor elke smaak en elk budget &#8211; het aanbod is hier zeer breed en gevarieerd. Zo werd deze regio in het tweede kwartaal van 2019 de koploper in Spanje wat betreft de groei van buitenlandse investeringen. De stijging bedroeg 54% op jaarbasis (van \u20ac 83,2 miljoen in 2018 tot \u20ac 128,5 miljoen in 2019). De regio presteert ook uitstekend op het gebied van toerisme: van 2011 tot 2018 steeg het aantal buitenlandse toeristen in de regio Valencia met 70%, en het aantal toeristen uit andere regio&#39;s van Spanje met 34%. In dit gebied had de Catalaanse crisis opnieuw een grote impact: de toeristenstroom werd herori\u00ebnteerd naar Valencia. Valencia biedt ook uitstekende zakelijke vooruitzichten. In dit verband kunnen we Cataloni\u00eb niet missen, waaruit kleine en middelgrote bedrijven, evenals grote ondernemingen, na het illegale referendum begonnen te vertrekken.
