Deskundigen voorspellen een verdere prijsgroei van respectievelijk 6% en 6,5% voor Spanje en Ierland in 2017. Tegelijkertijd voorspellen deskundigen een verdere daling van de huizenprijzen in Griekenland met 1,5%. De prijzen zullen ook dalen in Frankrijk, Belgi\u00eb en Bulgarije. Afhankelijk van het inkomen moest de gemiddelde Spanjaard in 2014 10 jaar en een maand werken om een huis te kopen.
