Spanjaarden geven al jaren de voorkeur aan hypotheken met een variabele rente. Maar volgens de meest recente gegevens van het Nationaal Bureau voor de Statistiek (INE) verandert de trend in hypotheekverstrekking snel. In februari van dit jaar vertegenwoordigden contracten met een vaste rente 10,8% van het totaal. De gemiddelde rente bedroeg 3,31%. Deskundigen verwachten dat deze trend zich zal voortzetten en dat het aantal hypotheken met een vaste rente over een paar maanden zal stijgen tot 20%.

begeleiding krijgen<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div> Ondanks het feit dat de variabele rente momenteel op het laagste niveau ligt, kiezen veel gezinnen voor een contract met een vaste rente, vooral voor gemoedsrust.     Bij het kiezen van een hypotheekovereenkomst moet u niet alleen letten op de rente, maar ook op andere voorwaarden. Banken rekenen doorgaans extra kosten voor vervroegde aflossing van de lening of bieden aanvullende (verplichte) diensten aan, zoals het aanvragen van een pensioenkaart of het openen van een rekening. Bovendien zijn leningsovereenkomsten meestal verzekerd, wat de hypotheekkosten ook verhoogt. Tegelijkertijd is het, gezien de recordlage Euribor-rente van vandaag, verstandig om een overeenkomst met een variabele rente af te sluiten, maar niemand kan garanderen dat Euribor over een paar jaar niet zal stijgen.
