Hoe kan ik een hond die uit een kennel is gehaald, legaal registreren?<\/h3>\n

Het gebeurt dat eigenaren om de een of andere reden afstand moeten doen van hun huisdier. Soms belanden honden in kennels. Het is vrij eenvoudig om zo'n dier in uw gezin op te nemen, maar allereerst moet u de documenten correct invullen. U moet contact opnemen met de dierenkliniek waar de informatie over de hond is opgeslagen en de gegevens wijzigen: woonadres, volledige naam en contactgegevens van de eigenaar. Deze procedure is snel en eenvoudig als de hond een chip heeft die geregistreerd staat bij de AIAC. Het document dat u in handen krijgt, moet worden ondertekend door de vorige eigenaar en de dierenarts die de gegevenswijzigingen heeft verwerkt.

begeleiding krijgen<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div> Als u uw huisdier aan nieuwe eigenaren geeft, neem dan samen contact op met de dierenkliniek. Zorg ervoor dat u de documenten van de hond meeneemt: een medisch dossier en een kopie van het paspoort. Op basis van deze documenten zal de dierenarts de hond overdragen aan de nieuwe eigenaren. Ook moet er samen een speciaal formulier worden ingevuld. Als u niet persoonlijk naar de kliniek kunt komen, kan uw gemachtigde de hond opnieuw registreren (een offici\u00eble volmacht is vereist). In sommige gevallen is het niet mogelijk om de handtekening van de vorige eigenaar te verkrijgen. Om de hond op te halen, is het daarom noodzakelijk om de volgende documenten aan de kliniek te overleggen:<\/p>\n

  • een document van het asiel waaruit blijkt dat u de hond heeft meegenomen (het document moet gedateerd en ondertekend zijn);<\/li>\n
  • een document van de vorige eigenaar waarin diens recht op de hond wordt bevestigd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
