{"id":1180011,"date":"2026-02-18T23:57:49","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T20:57:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/?p=1180011"},"modified":"2026-02-21T00:26:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T21:26:27","slug":"valencian-community-to-scrap-inheritance-and-gift-tax","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/articles\/news\/valencian-community-to-scrap-inheritance-and-gift-tax","title":{"rendered":"Valenciaanse Gemeenschap schaft erf- en schenkbelasting af"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h2>99% korting bij overdracht van een familiebedrijf<\/h2>\n<p>De regering van de <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/sale\/valencia\">regio Valencia<\/a> zal de erf- en schenkbelasting vrijwel volledig verlagen om de overdracht van een <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/service\/lawyer-in-spain\">familiebedrijf<\/a> \u2014 waaronder landbouwbedrijven, beroepsmatige ondernemingen en deelnemingen in holdingmaatschappijen \u2014 van de ene generatie naar de volgende te vergemakkelijken zonder een aanzienlijke belastingdruk. Deze maatregel voorziet in een korting van 99% op het belastingbedrag bij overdracht van vermogen tot en met de vierde graad van verwantschap en zal gelden voor alle erfgenamen wanneer de oprichter van het bedrijf met pensioen is.<\/p>\n<h2>Aftrekposten in de inkomstenbelasting<\/h2>\n<p>Zoals de leider van de autonome regering, Juanfran P\u00e9rez Llorca, verklaarde, vormen familiebedrijven meer dan 90% van de ondernemingsstructuur van de regio Valencia en genereren zij ongeveer 80% van de banen en het bbp. Daarnaast herinnerde hij eraan dat ongeveer een miljoen belastingplichtigen met een belastbare grondslag tot 60.000 euro (personen) of 78.000 euro (echtparen) gebruik kunnen maken van <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/articles\/news\/new-tax-deductions-in-the-valencian-community-in-2024\">aftrek in de inkomstenbelasting<\/a> voor medische kosten \u2014 zoals tandheelkunde, optiek of geestelijke gezondheidszorg \u2014 evenals voor sportactiviteiten en de behandeling van zeldzame of chronische ziekten.<\/p>\n<h2>Aanvullende belastingverlagingen<\/h2>\n<p>Aan deze maatregelen worden andere, reeds ingevoerde voordelen toegevoegd, met name:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/articles\/news\/the-valencian-community-is-the-region-in-spain-where-it-is-cheapest-to-inherit\">99% korting op de erf- en schenkbelasting<\/a> tussen kinderen, echtgenoten en ouders;<\/li>\n<li>voor broers\/zussen en neven\/nichten bedraagt de korting 25% in 2026 en zal deze 50% bereiken in 2027;<\/li>\n<li>ook werd het tarief van de <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/articles\/expenses-and-taxes-when-buying-a-home\">overdrachtsbelasting<\/a> verlaagd van 10% naar 9%, en voor personen jonger dan 35 jaar die hun hoofdverblijf kopen \u2014 van 8% naar 6%;<\/li>\n<li>voor <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/service\/notarial-support-in-spain\">gedocumenteerde juridische handelingen<\/a> daalt het algemene tarief van 1,5% naar 1,4%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Vereenvoudiging van regelgeving en versnelling van procedures<\/h2>\n<p>P\u00e9rez Llorca verklaarde dat belastingverlagingen kunnen worden gecombineerd met sterke publieke diensten dankzij effici\u00ebnt bestuur. Onder de genomen maatregelen benadrukte hij de goedkeuring van een decreetwet die het mogelijk maakte 1.300 artikelen uit 170 regelgevingsteksten te vereenvoudigen, de flexibiliteit van de handel te vergroten, de rechtszekerheid te versterken en een maximale termijn van \u00e9\u00e9n maand vast te leggen voor het afgeven van vergunningen voor aansluiting op het elektriciteitsnet. Hij verzekerde ook dat deze hervorming hielp om meer dan 10.000 achterstallige dossiers te deblokkeren, waardoor de economische en administratieve activiteit in de regio Valencia werd
