Dat betekent ook een stijging van 3,7% in het afgelopen kwartaal, 0,4% ten opzichte van de vorige maand en een recordniveau sinds het begin van de statistiek.<\/p>\n<h2>Prijsstijging per autonome regio<\/h2>\n<p>In alle autonome regio\u2019s liggen de prijzen op de markt voor bestaande woningen hoger dan een jaar geleden.<\/p>\n<p>Murcia voert de stijging aan (25,8%), gevolgd door Andalusi\u00eb (21,4%), Asturi\u00eb (19,2%), de regio Madrid (19,1%) en Cantabri\u00eb (18,5%).<\/p>\n<p>Onder het nationale gemiddelde vallen de cijfers in de regio Valencia (17,8%), evenals in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arag\u00f3n (14,6%),<\/li>\n<li>Cataloni\u00eb (14,3%),<\/li>\n<li>het Baskenland (13%),<\/li>\n<li>Castilla-La Mancha (12,2%),<\/li>\n<li>de Canarische Eilanden (11,7%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De kleinste stijgingen werden genoteerd in Galici\u00eb (7,6%) en Extremadura (8,3%).<\/p>\n<h2>Prijzen per regio: waar is het het duurst en het goedkoopst<\/h2>\n<p>De duurste autonome regio voor bestaande woningen zijn de Balearen \u2013 \u20ac\u00a05.194\/m\u00b2, v\u00f3\u00f3r Madrid (\u20ac\u00a04.585\/m\u00b2), en ook:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>het Baskenland (\u20ac\u00a03.460\/m\u00b2),<\/li>\n<li>de Canarische Eilanden (\u20ac\u00a03.200\/m\u00b2),<\/li>\n<li>Andalusi\u00eb (\u20ac\u00a02.784\/m\u00b2),<\/li>\n<li>Cataloni\u00eb (\u20ac\u00a02.776\/m\u00b2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aan de andere kant staan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extremadura (\u20ac\u00a01.040\/m\u00b2),<\/li>\n<li>Castilla-La Mancha (\u20ac\u00a01.048\/m\u00b2),<\/li>\n<li>Castilla y Le\u00f3n (\u20ac\u00a01.287\/m\u00b2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ontwikkeling per provincie<\/h2>\n<p>De niveaus die in januari vorig jaar werden geregistreerd liggen hoger in 49 provincies, met \u00e9\u00e9n uitzondering: Ourense (-2,8%).<\/p>\n<p>De grootste stijging werd gezien in de provincie Valencia (25,9%).<\/p>\n<p>Daarna volgen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Murcia (25,8%),<\/li>\n<li>Asturi\u00eb (19,2%),<\/li>\n<li>Madrid (19,1%),<\/li>\n<li>Almer\u00eda en Toledo (beide 19%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In de provincie Barcelona kwam dit cijfer uit op 13,9%.<\/p>\n<h2>De duurste en meest betaalbare provincies<\/h2>\n<p>De duurste provincie voor <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/service\/buying-property-in-spain-as-a-foreigner\">het kopen van woonvastgoed<\/a> op de bestaande markt blijven de Balearen (\u20ac\u00a05.194\/m\u00b2), v\u00f3\u00f3r Madrid (\u20ac\u00a04.585\/m\u00b2), en verder:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gipuzkoa (\u20ac\u00a04.265\/m\u00b2),<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e1laga (\u20ac\u00a04.082\/m\u00b2),<\/li>\n<li>Santa Cruz de Tenerife (\u20ac\u00a03.366\/m\u00b2),<\/li>\n<li>Biskaje (\u20ac\u00a03.321\/m\u00b2)<\/li>\n<li>en Barcelona (\u20ac\u00a03.123\/m\u00b2).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Het goedkoopst is <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/articles\/expenses-and-taxes-when-buying-a-home\">een woning kopen<\/a> in Ciudad Real (\u20ac\u00a0779\/m\u00b2), Ja\u00e9n (\u20ac\u00a0858\/m\u00b2) en Cuenca (\u20ac\u00a0861\/m\u00b2).<\/p>\n<h2>Provinciehoofdsteden en grote markten<\/h2>\n<p>In de afgelopen 12 maanden stegen de prijzen van bestaande woningen in alle provinciehoofdsteden.<\/p>\n<p>De sterkste stijging was in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, waar de prijzen het afgelopen jaar met 26,3% stegen.<\/p>\n<p>Ook opvallend zijn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le\u00f3n (23%),<\/li>\n<li>Guadalajara (22,3%),<\/li>\n<li>Murcia (19,1%)<\/li>\n<li>en Teruel (18,9%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Daarentegen lieten Melilla (2,6%), C\u00e1diz (3,8%), Ceuta (4,2%), Vitoria en Girona (in beide gevallen 6%) de laagste jaarstijging zien.<\/p>\n<p>Onder de grote markten stegen de prijzen duidelijk in <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/sale\/valencia\">Valencia<\/a> (15,9%), <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/sale\/madrid\">Madrid<\/a> (14,8%), Palma (13,4%), Sevilla (12,8%), Bilbao (12,2%), <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/sale\/malaga\">M\u00e1laga<\/a> (12,2%), <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/sale\/alicante\">Alicante<\/a> (11,2%), San Sebasti\u00e1n (10,9%) en <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/sale\/barcelona\">Barcelona<\/a> (9,4%).<\/p>\n<p>De duurste stad van Spanje om een woning te kopen is San Sebasti\u00e1n (\u20ac\u00a06.480\/m\u00b2) en de goedkoopste is Zamora (\u20ac\u00a01.300\/m\u00b2).
