Dat is 21,8% minder dan een jaar eerder en het laagste niveau sinds 2021, toen de buitenlandse directe investeringen 29,216 miljard euro bedroegen.<\/p>\n<h2>Madrid behoudt zijn leiderspositie<\/h2>\n<p>De leider op het gebied van het aantrekken van buitenlandse investeringen in 2025 was opnieuw de <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/articles\/areas-of-madrid-that-are-in-highest-demand-among-foreign-investors\">autonome regio Madrid<\/a>, die 15,97 miljard euro ontving. Dat is 51,9% van het totale volume, hoewel dit cijfer bijna 40% lager ligt dan de 26,62 miljard euro die in 2024 werd geregistreerd. Daarna volgen Cataloni\u00eb met 4,51 miljard euro (-14,2%), Arag\u00f3n met 3,387 miljard euro en Andalusi\u00eb met 1,364 miljard euro.<\/p>\n<h2>Verdeling van de investeringen over de autonome regio\u2019s<\/h2>\n<p>In de overige Spaanse autonome regio\u2019s werden de volgende volumes aan buitenlandse directe investeringen geregistreerd:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valenciaanse Gemeenschap \u2013 772 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Castili\u00eb-La Mancha \u2013 666 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Castili\u00eb en Le\u00f3n \u2013 581 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Baskenland \u2013 531 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Murcia \u2013 528 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>La Rioja \u2013 436 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Cantabri\u00eb \u2013 378 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Navarra \u2013 358 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Canarische Eilanden \u2013 327 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Extremadura \u2013 324 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Balearen \u2013 306 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Galici\u00eb \u2013 236 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Asturi\u00eb \u2013 73 miljoen euro;<\/li>\n<li>Ceuta en Melilla \u2013 10 miljoen euro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Welke sectoren het meeste kapitaal aantrokken<\/h2>\n<p>Het grootste volume aan buitenlandse investeringen in 2025 werd aangetrokken door de sector van informatiediensten \u2013 3,437 miljard euro. Daarna volgen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>reclame en marktonderzoek \u2013 3,26 miljard euro;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/service\/investing-in-property-in-spain\">activiteiten in de vastgoedsector<\/a> \u2013 2,54 miljard euro;<\/li>\n<li>opslag en activiteiten die verband houden met transport \u2013 2,117 miljard euro;<\/li>\n<li>voorziening van elektriciteit, gas, stoom en lucht \u2013 2,029 miljard euro;<\/li>\n<li>financi\u00eble diensten met uitzondering van verzekeringen en pensioenfondsen \u2013 2,066 miljard euro;<\/li>\n<li>voedingsmiddelenindustrie \u2013 1,353 miljard euro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Herkomstlanden van de investeringen<\/h2>\n<p>Wat de landen van herkomst van de investeringen betreft, springen Luxemburg \u2013 8,561 miljard euro, de Verenigde Staten \u2013 6,402 miljard euro, het Verenigd Koninkrijk \u2013 2,322 miljard euro en Frankrijk \u2013 2,079 miljard euro eruit.<\/p>\n<p>In de bandbreedte van 1\u20132 miljard euro bevinden zich Nederland \u2013 1,529 miljard euro, Belgi\u00eb \u2013 1,441 miljard euro, Mexico \u2013 1,122 miljard euro, Duitsland \u2013 1,121 miljard euro en Canada \u2013 1,082 miljard euro.<\/p>\n<p>Tegen de achtergrond van de algemene daling van het volume aan buitenlandse directe investeringen <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/articles\/spain-most-attractive-country-real-estate-investment\">blijft Spanje een hoge investeringsaantrekkelijkheid behouden<\/a>, terwijl <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/sale\/madrid\">Madrid<\/a> een belangrijke bestemming voor internationaal kapitaal blijft.
