Madrid<\/a> behoort opnieuw tot de 20 steden ter wereld met de hoogste levenskwaliteit.<\/p>\n

In de ranglijst van Deutsche Bank Research Institute staat de Spaanse hoofdstad op de 18e plaats, v\u00f3\u00f3r Parijs, Londen en New York.<\/p>\n

Daarmee is Madrid 15 plaatsen gestegen ten opzichte van 2019, al staat de stad twee plaatsen lager dan vorig jaar.<\/p>\n

Waarom Madrid zijn positie heeft versterkt<\/h2>\n

Het rapport Mapping the World\u2019s Prices 2026 van Deutsche Bank Research Institute verklaart deze vooruitgang door factoren als veiligheid, infrastructuur, mobiliteit en de kwaliteit van stedelijke diensten, evenals hogere lonen en de groeiende internationale aantrekkingskracht van de stad.<\/p>\n

Volgens het onderzoek behoudt Barcelona, op plaats 42, eveneens een sterke positie onder de grootste Europese steden dankzij de levenskwaliteit, economische dynamiek en het vermogen om talent en investeringen aan te trekken.<\/p>\n

In het afgelopen decennium hebben Madrid en Barcelona hun internationale imago versterkt als aantrekkelijke steden om te wonen en te werken.<\/p>\n

De grootste uitdaging is de betaalbaarheid van woningen<\/h2>\n

Het rapport merkt echter op dat de stijgende woonkosten de belangrijkste uitdaging vormen voor beide steden.<\/p>\n

In Madrid bedraagt het gemiddelde nettosalaris 2200 euro per maand, 45% meer dan tien jaar geleden. In dezelfde periode zijn de woningprijzen met 94% gestegen tot 8013 euro per vierkante meter.<\/p>\n

Ook de huur van een driekamerappartement is sterk gestegen: in de afgelopen 10 jaar nam die met 77% toe en bedraagt nu gemiddeld 2493 euro per maand.<\/p>\n

Ondanks deze ontwikkeling behoudt Madrid een concurrerende positie wat betreft besteedbaar inkomen na betaling van de huur.<\/p>\n

Gemiddeld bedraagt dit 1908 euro per maand, waarmee de stad wereldwijd op de 40e plaats staat voor deze indicator.<\/p>\n

Levenskwaliteit en toegang tot woningen bepalen de toekomstige concurrentiekracht<\/h2>\n

De studie concludeert dat Madrid en Barcelona internationaal zichtbaarder zijn geworden als centra om te wonen, te werken, te investeren en te ondernemen.<\/p>\n

Tegelijk is de betaalbaarheid van woningen een van de belangrijkste factoren geworden die hun toekomstige concurrentievermogen zullen bepalen bij het aantrekken van talent, investeringen en bedrijvigheid.<\/p>\n

Voor kopers die vastgoed in Spanje<\/a> overwegen, bevestigen deze gegevens de aanhoudende belangstelling voor grote steden waar stedelijke kwaliteit samengaat met een sterke vraag naar woningen.<\/p>\n

Luxemburg staat voor het tweede jaar op rij wereldwijd op de eerste plaats voor levenskwaliteit.<\/p>\n
