Onlangs schreven we dat de Spaanse <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/mazabi-invests-200-million-in-the-hospitality-sector\">financi\u00eble groep Mazabi<\/a> van plan was om \u20ac 200 miljoen te investeren in de hotelsector, ondanks de gezondheidscrisis. Eerder werd bekend dat het Amerikaanse fonds Blackstone <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/blackstone-investments-in-europe\">erin slaagde om \u20ac 9,8 miljard aan te trekken<\/a> via zijn filiaal Blackstone Real Estate Partners Europe VI (BREP VI). De reeks grote transacties die tijdens de gezondheidscrisis plaatsvond, zet zich voort met de aankoop van het Griekse resort Porto Carras door Belterra Investments, eigendom van de Russische zakenman van Griekse afkomst Ivan Savvidi, voor meer dan \u20ac 200 miljoen. Rond dezelfde tijd werd een lid van de familie van de emir van Qatar eigenaar van het Ritz Hotel in Londen en investeerde er \u20ac 920 miljoen in. Hotels behoren tot de activa die het zwaarst getroffen worden door de gezondheidscrisis. Hoteleigenaren en touroperators bereiden zich voor op een lange periode van &quot;schijndood&quot;. Tegelijkertijd hebben grote bedrijven die actief zijn in de hotelsector de middelen om het tot het einde van het jaar vol te houden, terwijl middelgrote en kleine bedrijven het moeilijker zullen hebben. Volgens de meest optimistische prognoses zal de sector zich begin 2022 herstellen, maar dit betekent niet dat ondernemers in deze sector stilzitten. Twee grote deals die in dit artikel worden besproken, zijn daar het beste bewijs van. Porto Carras Grand Resort, overgenomen door Belterra Investments, is een resortcomplex van 1.763 hectare, omgeven door ongerepte natuur op het schiereiland Chalkidiki. Het resortgebied omvat 9 km aan zandstranden met 25 baaien, twee vijfsterrenhotels Melit\u00f3n en Sithonia, een luxe boetiekhotel Villa Galini, een sporthaven (een van de twee grootste in Noord-Griekenland), de grootste biologische wijngaard van Griekenland, de wijnmakerij Port Carras, twee golfbanen, een casino, een congrescentrum en een luxe woonwijk. De tweede grote deal in de Europese hotelsector is de aankoop van het Ritz-hotel in Londen door de zwager van de emir van Qatar. Abdulhadi Mana Al-Khairi, de 40-jarige broer van de tweede vrouw van de emir, werd de nieuwe eigenaar van het legendarische hotel in de hoofdstad van Groot-Brittanni\u00eb. Voorheen behoorde het bezit toe aan de familie Barclay. Het uiteindelijke investeringsbedrag is niet openbaar gemaakt, maar het is bekend dat de vorige eigenaar \u20ac 925 miljoen heeft
