Volgens de laatste cijfers van het Ministerie van Transport, Mobiliteit en Stedelijke Infrastructuur (Mitma) zijn van de 25,7 miljoen woningen in de Spaanse woningvoorraad ongeveer 6,5 miljoen (25%) tweede of tweede woningen. De meeste van deze woningen bevinden zich in <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/housing-repair-subsidies-in-valencia\">de regio Valencia<\/a> en Andalusi\u00eb (respectievelijk 1.142.000 en 1.108.000). Cataloni\u00eb telt ongeveer 730.000 tweede woningen, Castili\u00eb en Le\u00f3n ongeveer 700.000, Galici\u00eb iets meer dan een half miljoen en Castili\u00eb-La Mancha iets minder.<\/p>\n<h2> Alicante is de provincie nummer 1 voor het kopen van een tweede woning<\/h2>\n<p> Het ministerie van Transport, Mobiliteit en Stedelijke Infrastructuur registreert ook jaarlijks in elke regio het aantal koop- en verkooptransacties uitgevoerd door kopers geregistreerd in andere provincies. In 2019 werden ongeveer <strong>60.000<\/strong> van dergelijke transacties uitgevoerd: <strong>5.869<\/strong> in de provincie <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/rural-hotels-in-alicante-expect-a-large-influx-of-visitors\">Alicante<\/a> , <strong>5.051<\/strong> in Malaga, <strong>3.718<\/strong> in Valencia, <strong>3.640<\/strong> in Barcelona. Daarna komen Cadiz, Toledo, Barcelona en Girona (respectievelijk <strong>3.318, 3.247, 3.186 en 3.138<\/strong> transacties). Hoewel deze cijfers elk jaar veranderen, hebben de leidende provincies hun positie al meerdere jaren op rij niet opgegeven. Wat kopers betreft, staan de inwoners van Madrid bovenaan de ranglijst, met <strong>30.194<\/strong> transacties voor de aankoop van woningen buiten hun regio in 2019, ofwel de helft van het totaal ( <strong>60.000<\/strong> ). Zo kocht in 2019 29% <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/why-do-foreigners-continue-to-buy-property-in-spain\">van de woningkopers<\/a> uit Madrid een woning in een andere provincie. In Baskenland en Barcelona is dit cijfer respectievelijk 16% en 15%. Inwoners van Malaga en Alicante zijn daarentegen het minst geneigd om een woning in een andere provincie te kopen (respectievelijk 4% en 3,5%). In Alicante kochten 2.400 inwoners van Madrid een tweede woning, 800 uit Murcia en 300 uit Barcelona. In Malaga kochten 2.300 inwoners van Madrid en 300 uit Barcelona een zomerresidentie, en in Valencia respectievelijk 2.000 en 400. In Tarragona waren daarentegen 2.500 tweede woningen in het bezit van mensen uit Barcelona. In 2019 kozen inwoners van Madrid ook provincies als Toledo, Cadiz, Castell\u00f3n, Almer\u00eda, Murcia, Guadalajara en Barcelona als plekken om een tweede huis te kopen (van 1.000 tot 3.000 transacties met inwoners van Madrid in elk van deze provincies).<\/p>\n<h2> Situatie op de eilanden<\/h2>\n<p> Wat de archipels betreft, vertegenwoordigen tweede huizen op de Balearen minder dan 23% van de woningvoorraad (140.000 woningen), terwijl ze op de Canarische Eilanden ongeveer 30% (188.000) vertegenwoordigen. Op de Balearen zijn Madrid en Cataloni\u00eb de belangrijkste kopers van tweede huizen (450 transacties in beide gevallen in 2019). Op de Canarische Eilanden kochten in 2019 900 inwoners van Madrid, 200 inwoners van Cataloni\u00eb en 100 inwoners van Baskenland een tweede
