Het VK staat bovenaan deze ranglijst. Frankrijk staat op de derde plaats. Australi\u00eb staat op de vierde plaats. Daarna komen Canada, Zwitserland en de VS. Portugal, Nieuw-Zeeland, Noorwegen en Malta staan ook op de lijst van gewenste landen om te leven na de coronapandemie. De belangrijkste factoren op basis waarvan burgers de voorkeur gaven aan bepaalde landen waren: <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/cost-of-living-in-valencia-2020\">kwaliteit van leven<\/a> , goed ontwikkelde gezondheidszorg- en onderwijssystemen, sterke munt, politieke stabiliteit en toegankelijkheid voor immigratie. Wat Spanje betreft, zijn er studies uitgevoerd die bevestigen dat de belangrijkste toeristische gebieden van het land een veel lagere coronavirusinfectiegraad vertonen dan de landen waar buitenlanders vandaan komen die hier onroerend goed willen kopen. De tweede reden was dat mensen toegang wilden hebben tot een goed ontwikkeld zorgstelsel. De derde factor is de wens om een vakantiehuis in een zonnig land te hebben. Uit het onderzoek bleek ook dat vanwege de pandemie een op de vier respondenten van plan is om het komende jaar van woonplaats te veranderen. Tegelijkertijd is 40% op zoek naar een woning in dezelfde stad waar ze momenteel wonen, wil 26% van de stad veranderen, maar niet van land, en is 34% van plan om naar het buitenland te verhuizen. De belangrijkste behoefte van potenti\u00eble kopers bij het zoeken naar <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/new-build-property-spain\">een nieuw huis<\/a> in het buitenland is meer ruimte (na de pandemie gaf 45% meer respondenten aan een huis te willen kopen). Er is veel belangstelling voor woningen aan de kust (40% wil een huis aan zee kopen, terwijl 37% op het platteland woont). Bovendien denkt ongeveer een derde van de respondenten dat er na de quarantaine meer mogelijkheden voor thuiswerken zullen zijn. Velen van hen zijn daarom van plan om op zoek te gaan naar een woning met een kamer die kan worden omgebouwd tot thuiskantoor. Een aanzienlijk aantal respondenten vond het bovendien belangrijk om een groot stuk grond in de buurt van het huis of een tuin te hebben.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Volgens een
