In juli 2026 werden in Asturi\u00eb 845 hypotheken op woningen<\/strong> geregistreerd, 8,1% meer dan in dezelfde maand een jaar eerder. Vergeleken met juni steeg het aantal met 1,2%. Daarmee was er voor de vijfde maand op rij sprake van groei. In heel Spanje daalde het aantal woninghypotheken juist met ongeveer 3,5% op jaarbasis.<\/p>\n

Volgens het Spaanse Nationaal Instituut voor de Statistiek (INE)<\/a> zijn deze cijfers voorlopig.<\/p>\n

Het bedrag aan hypothecaire leningen steeg met 17,13%<\/h2>\n

In juli werd in Asturi\u00eb 107,28 miljoen euro<\/strong> uitgeleend voor hypotheken op woningen, 17,13% meer dan een jaar eerder. Vergeleken met juni daalde het uitgeleende bedrag echter met 9%.<\/p>\n

Als alle soorten vastgoed worden meegeteld, werden in de regio 1.121 hypotheken geregistreerd, met een totale waarde van 147,77 miljoen euro. Daarvan hadden 59 betrekking op landelijk vastgoed en 1.062 op stedelijk vastgoed. Van die stedelijke objecten waren er 845 woningen, 7 bouwkavels en 210 andere soorten vastgoed.<\/p>\n

In dezelfde maand werden in Asturi\u00eb 1.275 hypotheken op vastgoed doorgehaald: 956 op woningen, 53 op landelijk vastgoed, 257 op stedelijk vastgoed en 9 op bouwkavels.<\/p>\n

De ontwikkeling van de hypotheekmarkt in de Spaanse regio\u2019s<\/h2>\n

De grootste jaarlijkse stijgingen van het aantal woninghypotheken werden geregistreerd op de Balearen (+8,59%), in Asturi\u00eb (+8,06%) en in Galici\u00eb (+7,11%). De sterkste dalingen vonden plaats in Cantabri\u00eb (\u221226,89%), Arag\u00f3n (\u221220,51%) en La Rioja (\u221219,66%).<\/p>\n

Het bedrag aan verstrekte hypothecaire leningen steeg het sterkst in Galici\u00eb (+19,76%), Asturi\u00eb (+17,13%) en Murcia (+16,62%). De grootste dalingen werden geregistreerd in Cantabri\u00eb (\u221214,13%), Baskenland (\u221211,96%) en La Rioja (\u221210,14%).<\/p>\n
