Gegevens van het Spaanse Nationaal Instituut voor de Statistiek tonen aan dat de markt sinds het einde van <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/real-estate-market-spanish-curiosities-during-and-after-quarantine\">de lockdown<\/a> aanzienlijk is aangetrokken en zeer snel is gegroeid. De waargenomen stijging van het aantal transacties \u2013 20% \u2013 is het hoogste cijfer voor de zevende maand van het jaar in de afgelopen vijf jaar. In juli daalden de verkopen, zoals reeds vermeld, met 32,4% ten opzichte van vorig jaar: met 34,9% (tot 25.887 transacties) op de bestaande woningmarkt en met 21,2% (tot 6.767 transacties) op de nieuwbouwmarkt. 89% van het totale aantal verkochte woningen in juli was op de vrije markt en 11% betrof sociale huurwoningen. De koploper in het aantal koop- en verkooptransacties per 100.000 inwoners in juli was <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/valencian-community-is-the-leader-in-spanish-property-sales-during-quarantine\">de regio Valencia<\/a> (118), gevolgd door Baskenland (116) en La Rioja (112). In absolute termen behoort Andalusi\u00eb tot de koploper in het aantal transacties voor de opgegeven periode &#8211; 6.620. Op de tweede plaats staat Cataloni\u00eb (5.032), op de derde plaats de regio Valencia (4.676) en op de vierde plaats Madrid (3.890).
