De hotelsector en de verhuur van <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/service\/rent-apartment-in-spain\">toeristische appartementen<\/a> hebben het zwaarst te lijden gehad. Veel eigenaren zijn, om niet volledig hun inkomsten te verliezen, hun panden voor de lange termijn gaan verhuren. Er zijn echter ook eigenaren die nog steeds afhankelijk zijn van toeristische appartementen, maar hun klantenprofiel aanpassen: ze richten zich nu niet op gewone toeristen, maar op zogenaamde digitale nomaden, dat wil zeggen mensen die op afstand werken &#8211; via internet. De pandemie heeft veel bedrijven gedwongen hun werknemers waar mogelijk naar thuiswerken over te plaatsen. Deze maatregel maakt het mogelijk om het risico op besmetting tot een minimum te beperken en banen te redden. Op hun beurt hebben de eigenaren van toeristische appartementen nieuwe klanten gekregen. Dit zegt Guillermo Martinez, CEO van Minty Host, een bedrijf dat toeristische appartementen beheert in Madrid, Malaga en Sevilla. Martinez merkt ook op dat zakenreizen en <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-medicine.com\/\">medisch toerisme<\/a> ook hebben geholpen om de toeristische verhuursector overeind te houden. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn de toestroom van professionals naar Sevilla vanwege de bouw van een nieuw logistiek centrum van Amazon en naar Madrid vanwege de renovatie van het Santiago Bernab\u00e9u-stadion.
