De huurmarkt in Spanje<\/a> blijftgrote belangstelling trekken van investeerders<\/a> . In oktober betrad een nieuwe grote speler de Spaanse woninghuurmarkt. DWS, deels beheerd door Deutsche Bank, en Urban Input bundelden hun krachten om een gemeenschappelijk platform te cre\u00ebren dat appartementen voor langetermijnverhuur aanbiedt. De alliantie heeft via twee van haar fondsen al percelen verworven in de wijk Ensanche de Vallecas in Madrid en de stad Barcelona. Hier zullen nieuwe wooncomplexen met alle benodigde infrastructuur worden gebouwd: speeltuinen en sportvelden, zwembaden, sportscholen, recreatiegebieden en barbecues. De totale capaciteit zal 320 appartementen met twee of drie slaapkamers bedragen en het investeringsbedrag bedraagt ongeveer 320 miljoen euro. Soortgelijke projecten lopen succesvol in Duitsland, Ierland, Nederland en Finland, en de lancering ervan staat gepland voor de nabije toekomst in Engeland, Itali\u00eb, Frankrijk en Denemarken.
