En dit geldt niet alleen voor <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/tourism-in-spain\/rural-tourism-in-spain\">plattelandstoerisme<\/a> , maar ook voor toerisme in grote steden. De expert herinnert eraan dat dit niet de eerste keer is dat de mensheid met een pandemie te maken krijgt, maar dat we nu leven in een tijdperk van geavanceerde wetenschap, geneeskunde en geavanceerde technologie, wat betekent dat we de gevolgen ervan veel sneller zullen kunnen overwinnen. Volgens Kern zullen mensen weer actief gaan reizen wanneer het gebruik van een coronavaccin wordt aangekondigd, en niet wanneer het wordt ontwikkeld. Daarom droeg de aankondiging van Pfizer vorige week over de uitvinding van een vaccin met een effectiviteit van 90% niet bij aan de omzetgroei van Expedia, maar leidde het wel tot een stijging van de aandelenkoers van het bedrijf met 22,5%. Het verkoopvolume dat het bedrijf afgelopen zomer wist te behalen, wijst op &quot;opgekropte vraag&quot;, wat betekent dat de toeristische sector alle kans heeft op een snel herstel. Kern gelooft dat de sector zich niet binnen 3-5 jaar zal herstellen, zoals velen voorspellen, maar veel eerder.<\/p>\n<h2> Grote hotelketens verwachten dat 2021 een groot jaar wordt<\/h2>\n<p> CEO&#39;s van &#39;s werelds zes grootste <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/spanish-hotel-companies-gear-up-for-big-wave-of-asset-dives-in-2021\">hotelketens<\/a> hebben er vertrouwen in dat 2021 een jaar van recordgroei zal worden. Dit zeiden ze tijdens de NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference. Arne Sorenson van Marriott International gelooft dan ook dat, hoewel de crisis in 2021 nog niet helemaal voorbij zal zijn, er een moment zal komen waarop het voelt alsof het moeilijkste achter de rug is. Sebastian Basin van Accor dringt aan op geduld en wacht gewoon tot de sector herstelt. Chris Nassetta van Hilton verwacht dat het bedrijf in 2021 een recordgroei zal zien in de hotel business efficiency indicator (RevPAR). David Kong (Best Western) verwacht op zijn beurt dat de productiviteit van de hotelsector volgend jaar met 45% zal groeien. Mark Hoplamasian van Hyatt Hotels zegt dat de sector in 2021 een keerpunt (in positieve zin) zal meemaken.
