De studie ondervroeg zowel jongeren die op zoek zijn naar hun eerste huis om te kopen als jongeren die hun leefomstandigheden willen verbeteren door van huis te veranderen. Volgens de studie gaf 69,2% van de respondenten die op zoek waren naar hun eerste huis om te kopen, het proberen om een geschikte woning te vinden tijdens de tweede golf niet op. Op zijn beurt gaf 23,2% van de respondenten toe dat ze de aankoop hebben uitgesteld vanwege de gezondheidscrisis en antwoordde 7,6% dat ze nog niet weten wat ze moeten doen. Van degenen die op zoek waren naar hun eerste huis, waren de inwoners van Asturi\u00eb en Cantabri\u00eb het meest zelfverzekerd: 87,5% van hen gaf hun voornemens niet op. Daarna volgen jongeren uit Cataloni\u00eb (76,8%), Andalusi\u00eb (75%), Extremadura (71,4%) en de Canarische Eilanden (71,1%). Aan de andere kant van deze ranglijst staan jongeren uit La Rioja (50%), Galici\u00eb (34,7%), Madrid (32,5%) en Castilla y La Mancha (31,8%). Van de jongeren die al een eigen huis hebben en dit willen ruilen voor een ander, heeft 80,6% hun plannen niet laten varen, 16,4% heeft het opgegeven en 2,9% heeft nog geen definitieve beslissing genomen. La Rioja en Aragon staan hier bovenaan. In totaal heeft in 10 van de 17 Spaanse autonome regio&#39;s meer dan 80% van de jongeren hun voornemen om hun woonomstandigheden te verbeteren niet laten varen vanwege de tweede golf van de
