De groep zal deze echter niet zelf beheren. Over slechts enkele maanden zullen projecten worden gelanceerd voor de bouw van ongeveer 1.000 huurwoningen in steden zoals Madrid en Valencia, evenals in de provincies Barcelona en Alicante. Mart\u00ednez merkte op dat de prijs van nieuwbouwwoningen stabiel blijft ondanks de gezondheidscrisis. Daarom stijgen de prijzen van nieuwbouwwoningen in sommige gebieden. De directeur van Aedas zei ook dat de nieuwbouwsector zich al vol vertrouwen herstelt na een moeilijk jaar. Maar zelfs tijdens het hoogtepunt van de gezondheidscrisis bleef de vraag naar nieuwbouwwoningen stabiel en de afgelopen maanden is deze, zij het langzaam, gegroeid. In juni werd echter een aanzienlijk herstel bereikt en in augustus brak de groep haar verkooprecord. Martinez merkt op dat deze situatie niet alleen bij Aedas werd waargenomen, maar ook bij andere grote projectontwikkelaars. Volgens Martinez worden er momenteel 50.000 nieuwe woningen gebouwd in Spanje, terwijl er momenten waren waarop dit aantal de 400.000 bereikte. In deze indicator loopt Spanje ver achter op andere EU-landen: in het VK zijn het 250.000 woningen, in Duitsland &#8211; 300.000, in Frankrijk &#8211; 400.000. Dit is 5-8 keer meer dan in Spanje. Tegelijkertijd blijft de vraag naar <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/sale\/new-buildings\">nieuwbouw in Spanje<\/a> zeer sterk en stabiel, met een trend van constante groei, die dit jaar ondanks de pandemie niet is onderbroken. Daarnaast is er een stabiele vraag naar nieuwbouw onder jongeren. Dit alles stelt ontwikkelaars in staat om het aantal nieuwbouwwoningen te verhogen zodra de economische omstandigheden dit toelaten. Wat betreft de nieuwbouwprijzen verwacht Aedas dat deze zich zullen stabiliseren en zelfs licht zullen stijgen in bepaalde gebieden met een toenemende vraag, maar in geen geval zullen dalen in 2021. Dit toont aan dat de nieuwe woningmarkt in Spanje in uitstekende gezondheid verkeert en een groot potentieel heeft voor een snel herstel. Qua succes is Aedas er al in geslaagd om 97% van zijn plan voor 2020 te realiseren &#8211; ongeveer 2.000 panden, aangezien het belastingjaar van het bedrijf op 31 maart eindigt. Ongeveer anderhalf jaar geleden lanceerde Aedas een nieuwe business line die gespecialiseerd is in het &#39;build to rent&#39;-segment.
