Aan het begin van het jaar was er een dalende trend in de verkoop als gevolg van de sluiting van de grenzen en de huidige beperkende maatregelen, maar de huidige situatie zal niet eeuwig zo blijven. Met name een toename van de vraag naar residentieel vastgoed in de meest populaire regio&#39;s van de provincie Alicante zou in het laatste kwartaal van 2021 moeten verschijnen, wanneer de grenzen vermoedelijk zullen worden geopend voor buitenlandse investeerders, niet alleen uit EU-landen, maar ook uit Rusland, Oekra\u00efne en China &#8211; dat wil zeggen burgers van die landen die traditioneel <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/alicante-is-the-leader-in-real-estate-sales-to-foreigners\">de meeste koop- en verkooptransacties<\/a> hebben gedaan. Dit kan alleen worden voorkomen door voortdurend veranderende sanitaire en hygi\u00ebnische normen die worden opgelegd aan de te koop aangeboden panden en hun kopers, hoewel de Spanjaarden zelf de afwezigheid van investeerders uit andere landen al bijna volledig hebben gecompenseerd. Veel experts associ\u00ebren de terugkeer naar eerdere verkoopvolumes met de vaccinatie tegen Covid-19, die in veel landen wereldwijd, waaronder Spanje, al is begonnen.
