De grootste stijging werd geregistreerd in de stad <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/alicante-property-market-recovery-is-expected-by-the-end-of-2021\">Alicante<\/a> (1%), terwijl in Castell\u00f3n en Valencia de cijfers respectievelijk 0,8% en 0,7% bedroegen. Van de drie provinciehoofdsteden blijven de hoogste gemiddelde prijzen voor nieuwbouwwoningen in <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/valencia-is-the-best-city-in-the-world-for-a-healthy-lifestyle-in-2021\">Valencia<\/a> (\u20ac 1.900\/m2), gevolgd door Alicante (\u20ac 1.457\/m2) en Castell\u00f3n (\u20ac 1.419\/m2). Als we alle min of meer grote nederzettingen in aanmerking nemen, staat <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/sierra-cortina-benidorm\">Benidorm<\/a> op de eerste plaats (\u20ac 1.946\/m2) en Benicassim (\u20ac 1.789\/m2) op de derde plaats. Gemiddeld bereikte de prijs van appartementen in nieuwbouwwoningen in Spanje \u20ac 2.476\/m2, wat ook hoger is (met 0,9%) dan een jaar geleden. Een andere belangrijke indicator waarmee de regio Valencia het nationale gemiddelde overtreft, is de koopkracht van de bevolking. Om hier een nieuwe woning te kopen, duurt het gemiddeld 5,5 jaar om een volledig salaris te betalen (gemiddeld 7,5 jaar in Spanje). Inwoners van de regio Valencia hoeven zich dan ook minder financi\u00eble inspanningen te getroosten om <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/sale\">onroerend goed in Spanje te kopen<\/a> ,
