Ge\u00efnteresseerden in deze sector vertegenwoordigen 11% van het totale aantal potenti\u00eble kopers, terwijl hun aantal vorig jaar niet meer dan 9% bedroeg. Deze groei werd voor het eerst in de afgelopen vier jaar geregistreerd, wat door ten minste twee omstandigheden kan worden verklaard. Ten eerste willen steeds meer Spanjaarden door de COVID-19-pandemie een ruime woning buiten de grote steden. Ten tweede is door de overstap van veel bedrijven naar werken op afstand de noodzaak om permanent op een bepaalde locatie gevestigd te zijn verdwenen, en kan het wonen in \u00e9\u00e9n huis worden afgewisseld met periodieke bezoeken aan een ander huis. Bovendien beschouwen veel Spanjaarden de aankoop van een tweede <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/service\/buying-property-in-spain-as-a-foreigner\">woning<\/a> als een rendabele investering op de lange termijn. De gemiddelde leeftijd van Spanjaarden die een tweede huis willen kopen is 47 jaar en de meesten wonen in de autonome regio Madrid (21%), Andalusi\u00eb (20%) en Cataloni\u00eb (18%). Van degenen die willen huren, is het percentage 35 jaar en dit zijn voornamelijk Andalusi\u00ebrs (23%), Madrilenen (16%) en Catalanen (10%), van wie bijna een derde bij hun ouders
