Gedurende deze periode stegen de prijzen voor residentieel vastgoed het meest in Cantabri\u00eb (5,3%), de Canarische Eilanden en de Balearen (respectievelijk 6,4% en 5,7%). In de autonome regio Madrid, Cataloni\u00eb, Andalusi\u00eb en de regio Valencia was de prijsgroei daarentegen minder merkbaar &#8211; van 1,9% naar 4,3%. De prijzen voor woningen in nieuwe Spaanse <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/new-build-property-spain\">gebouwen<\/a> stegen met 6% over het jaar, wat grotendeels te wijten is aan het feit dat als gevolg van de invoering van de coronavirusbeperkingen de bouw ervan werd opgeschort (dienovereenkomstig werd ook de ingebruikname uitgesteld) en dat tijdens de downtime de prijs van bouwmaterialen en grondstoffen &#8211; voornamelijk elektriciteit &#8211; steeg. De prijzen van bestaande woningen stegen echter ook: met 2,9% op jaarbasis en met 2,7% ten opzichte van het voorgaande kwartaal, het hoogste cijfer in de afgelopen zes jaar. De grootste stabiliteit in de Spaanse vastgoedprijzen is te vinden in de autonome regio Madrid, terwijl de grootste daling onder de grote steden plaatsvond in Barcelona
