Volgens vertegenwoordigers van het Alicante College of Realtors (API) gebeurt dit vooral in het stadscentrum, maar ook in de gebieden Benal\u00faa en El Pla. Deze trend is grotendeels ontstaan door de groeiende vraag naar residenti\u00eble huurwoningen, de overstap van veel bedrijven naar werken op afstand en de ontwikkeling van e-commerce tijdens de Covid-19-pandemie. In deze situatie hadden sommige ondernemers geen andere keuze dan hun panden te koop aan te bieden. Als ze konden worden omgebouwd tot woningen, werden er vrij snel kopers gevonden, aangezien de prijzen ervoor lager waren dan voor kant-en-klare appartementen, zelfs rekening houdend met alle noodzakelijke bouwwerkzaamheden. Als gevolg hiervan nam het aantal koop- en verkooptransacties voor commercieel vastgoed eind 2021 aanzienlijk toe en bereikte het de niveaus van v\u00f3\u00f3r de Covid-19-pandemie. Tegelijkertijd werd er niet alleen in Alicante, maar ook in Javea, Denia en <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/benidorm-points-of-interest\">Benidorm<\/a> een positieve dynamiek waargenomen. Het marktherstel zou zich in 2022 moeten voortzetten, hoewel veel zal afhangen van de gezondheids- en epidemiologische situatie. Veel <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/service\/investing-in-property-in-spain\">buitenlandse investeerders<\/a> , die traditioneel een groot aandeel in Alicante hebben, hebben een
