Er werden toen in totaal 63.080 woningen verkocht, 25,9% meer dan in dezelfde periode vorig jaar en het 14e hoogste aantal ooit sinds januari 2007. De groei van <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/sell-property\">de vastgoedverkoop in Spanje<\/a> vond zonder uitzondering plaats in alle Spaanse autonome regio&#39;s, met name op de Balearen (58,4%), La Rioja (49,2%), de Canarische Eilanden (42,7%), Andalusi\u00eb (31,8%), de Autonome Regio Madrid (31,8%) en de regio Valencia (30,6%). De gemiddelde prijs per vierkante meter onroerend goed in Spanje steeg met 7,4% over het jaar en bereikte 1.502 euro &#8211; voor het eerst sinds april 2020. De grootste prijsstijgingen voor appartementen en eengezinswoningen vonden plaats in de regio Valencia (14,2%), de autonome regio Madrid (14%), Murcia (13,3%) en Cataloni\u00eb (12,4%), hoewel woningen in drie regio&#39;s goedkoper werden.
