Een daarvan was de vraag naar woningen die voor drie doeleinden tegelijk gebruikt konden worden: als hoofdverblijfplaats, als vakantiehuis en als kantoor voor thuiswerken. De voorwaarden voor het ontstaan van het &quot;drie-in-\u00e9\u00e9n&quot;-fenomeen ontstonden in de tweede helft van 2020, toen veel Spaanse inwoners, na het opheffen van de quarantainemaatregelen, begonnen na te denken over het wijzigen van hun registratie. Hun belangrijkste eisen waren een locatie buiten het stadscentrum en grote mensenmassa&#39;s, ruime panden met dezelfde terrassen of balkons, goede vervoersverbindingen, een ontwikkelde infrastructuur en groene ruimtes. Sommige kopers besloten &quot;voorgoed&quot; te verhuizen omdat hun werkomstandigheden en gezinssituatie dit toelieten, terwijl anderen, die voldoende spaargeld hadden, een &quot;reserveoptie&quot; kregen voor het geval de beperkingen opnieuw zouden worden ingevoerd. Dezelfde processen vonden plaats in een aantal andere landen, met name in de Verenigde Staten, waar de migratie het meest uitgesproken was (onder meer vanwege de machtswisseling), en in Groot-Brittanni\u00eb. Als gevolg hiervan ontstond er onder de Spanjaarden een vraag naar &quot;multifunctionele&quot; woningen, en velen waren niet ge\u00efnteresseerd in appartementen, maar in vrijstaande huizen. In het laatste kwartaal van 2021 stegen hun verkopen met meer dan 20% ten opzichte van dezelfde periode in 2020, en kopers kozen het vaakst voor Cantabri\u00eb, de Canarische Eilanden en de Balearen. Daarnaast is de vraag naar nieuwbouwwoningen toegenomen, waarvan de indeling vaak al in de bouwfase kan worden gekozen. In 2021 stegen de prijzen het sterkst op de Balearen (4,1%), Murcia (2,9%) en Asturi\u00eb (2,9%). Het &quot;drie-in-\u00e9\u00e9n&quot;-fenomeen was het meest wijdverbreid in Andalusi\u00eb, waar aan <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/life-in-spain\/costa-del-sol-spain\">de Costa del Sol<\/a> voldoende woningen te vinden zijn die aan dergelijke eisen voldoen. De belangrijkste kopers waren leden van de Spaanse hogere middenklasse en inwoners van Noord-Europese landen, van wie velen de provincie <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/malaga-spain\">M\u00e1laga<\/a> beschouwen als een ideale plek om permanent te
