De status van ontvanger van tijdelijke bescherming impliceert het verkrijgen van een verblijfsvergunning en het recht om in Spanje te werken. Aanvragen worden verwerkt in speciale opvangcentra voor vluchtelingen en in bureaus van de nationale politie (Polic\u00eda Nacional) in het hele land. Om de status van ontvanger van tijdelijke bescherming te verkrijgen, moet u contact opnemen met de bovengenoemde instellingen. Hier zullen zij alle benodigde gegevens van u opnemen (er wordt een tolk ter beschikking gesteld), u in het systeem registreren en u een document afgeven waarin wordt bevestigd dat u een verzoek om internationale bescherming hebt ingediend. U krijgt ook een NIE (buitenlandersidentificatienummer). Vervolgens wordt uw aanvraag binnen maximaal 24 uur verwerkt door de Dienst Asiel en <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/refugee-to-spain-for-ukrainians\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vluchtelingen<\/a> van het Ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken. Als gevolg hiervan ontvangt u een verblijfsvergunning en het recht om in Spanje te werken voor 1 jaar, met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging tot maximaal 3 jaar. Het antwoord wordt u per post of elektronisch toegestuurd. U kunt de beslissing ook te weten komen door persoonlijk contact op te nemen met het politiebureau of de vreemdelingendienst (oficinas de
