In dit opzicht zijn ze merkbaar beter dan andere activa die recentelijk als betrouwbaar werden beschouwd, met name edelmetalen en cryptovaluta. Volgens het toonaangevende Spaanse vastgoedportaal Idealista bedraagt de gemiddelde winstgevendheid van residentieel vastgoed exclusief belastingen nu meer dan 7%. De komende maanden zal de stijging van de hypotheekrente de verkoopsnelheid be\u00efnvloeden, terwijl de impact op de prijzen minder duidelijk is, vooral gezien het krappe aanbod. Een woning kopen om vervolgens te verhuren zonder hypotheek is geen gemakkelijke opgave, maar er zijn interessante alternatieven. Zo biedt het investeringsplatform Urbanitae de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan haar projecten met een investering in onroerend goed vanaf 500 euro. Wat goud betreft, ligt de huidige prijs rond de 1600 dollar per ounce, een prijs die vrijwel onveranderd is ten opzichte van dezelfde periode vorig jaar. In maart 2022 bereikte de prijs een maximum van 1800 dollar per ounce, maar sindsdien is de prijs verder gedaald.
