Volgens twee grote portals, Idealista en Fotocasa, is Alicante een van de Spaanse regio&#39;s waar de prijs per vierkante meter van bestaande woningen het afgelopen jaar het sterkst is gestegen. Daarnaast is de stijging van de Euribor-rente en daarmee de benodigde bankfinanciering voor de aankoop van een woning vermeldenswaardig. Volgens een onderzoek van Fotocasa is de prijs van bestaande woningen in de provincie Alicante het afgelopen jaar met 14% gestegen, terwijl het Spaanse gemiddelde 7% bedraagt. Een vierkante meter wordt hier gemiddeld gewaardeerd op 1.746 euro, wat betekent dat een appartement van 80 vierkante meter bijna 140 duizend euro kost. De tweede plaats qua groeipercentage wordt ingenomen door Malaga (12,8%), gevolgd door de Balearen (12,5%) en Navarra (11,7%). Idealista plaatst Alicante op haar beurt op de tweede plaats, na Malaga, met een percentage van 12,1%. Volgens de experts van het portaal bedraagt de prijs van 1 m\u00b2 in de provincie 1.877 euro, iets minder dan het historische maximum van 1.975 euro, dat in februari 2006 werd vastgesteld. Het onderzoek van beide portalen is gebaseerd op advertenties van gebruikers en deze komen niet noodzakelijkerwijs overeen. Zo kan een huis bijvoorbeeld op het ene portaal staan en niet op het andere, of kan de eigenaar verschillende prijzen opgeven. Dit betekent ook dat de gemiddelde prijzen hoger liggen dan de offici\u00eble prijzen die worden gepubliceerd door het Ministerie van Transport en Stedelijke Ontwikkeling. Wat de steden in de provincie Alicante betreft, was volgens Fotocasa de grootste stijging van de huizenprijzen in Pedreguer &#8211; met 58%, gevolgd door <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/rojales-spain-getting-to-know-the-city\">Rojales<\/a> (44,7%), <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/finestrat-and-benidorm\">Finestrat<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/pilar-de-la-horadada-spain\">Pilar de Horadada<\/a> (elk 39,9%). Idealista meldt de grootste stijging in Algorfa &#8211; 59,3%, Rafol de Almunia (56,3%), Jal\u00f3n (40,1%) en <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/benitachell-city-in-spain\">Benitachell<\/a> (28,7%), maar aangezien dit zeer kleine steden zijn, kan elke verandering de gegevens aanzienlijk vertekenen. Het goede nieuws voor potenti\u00eble kopers van tweede woningen in de provincie Alicante is dat beide portals het erover eens zijn dat de prijsgroei geleidelijk begint te vertragen. Zo stegen de kosten van 1 m\u00b2 in de provincie in oktober minder dan het gemiddelde voor Spanje. Voor Fotocasa bedraagt dit cijfer met name 0,6% (0,7% voor het hele land), terwijl het verschil voor Idealista groter is &#8211; respectievelijk 0,3% en
