In de ranglijst van Savills deelde het de derde tot en met de vijfde plaats met Nederland en het VK, alleen achter Duitsland en Frankrijk. 48,15% van de respondenten die aan het onderzoek deelnamen, gaf aan dat de waarschijnlijkheid dat ze in 2023 in Spaans onroerend goed zouden investeren &quot;zeer waarschijnlijk&quot; was, en nog eens 22,22% noemde het &quot;waarschijnlijk&quot;. In totaal bedroeg dit 70,37%, terwijl dit cijfer voor Duitsland 75,86% is en voor Frankrijk &#8211; 75%. Naast de bovengenoemde landen behoorden Denemarken (52%), Itali\u00eb (50%), Zweden (41,67%), Belgi\u00eb (38,46%) en Portugal (37,03%) tot de top tien. Tot de meest geprefereerde segmenten van de vastgoedmarkt behoren meergezinswoningen, logistieke faciliteiten in stedelijke gebieden, kantoren in grote financi\u00eble centra en studentenresidenties. Op de lange termijn wil ongeveer 55% van de respondenten zich richten op sectoren waar een structureel onevenwicht tussen vraag en aanbod bijdraagt aan stijgende huren, en op kantoren in de meest
