Onze helden van vandaag zijn een ideaal voorbeeld van hoe je van je favoriete hobby een veelbelovende en winstgevende onderneming kunt maken. Evgeniya en Dmitry zijn de eigenaren van een winkel met natuurlijke zeep en biologische producten in Torrevieja &#8211; &quot;Ja Bonita F\u00e1brica&quot;. Mijn naam is Evgeniya. Vijf jaar geleden verhuisden we samen met mijn man Dmitry en onze kinderen Denis en Vlad van Oekra\u00efne naar Spanje. We kwamen per ongeluk in Torrevieja terecht. We hadden hier geen vrienden of familie. We kwamen hier als toerist en besloten te blijven. Het klimaat beviel ons goed: het heerlijke warme weer, de zon die 320 dagen per jaar schijnt en de Middellandse Zee. In Spanje houden we ons bezig met de productie en verkoop van natuurlijke zeep en hebben we een Europees kwaliteitscertificaat voor onze producten. We hebben een kleine winkel in Torrevieja genaamd &quot;Ja Bonita F\u00e1brica&quot; en een online winkel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jabonita.es\">www.jabonita.es.<\/a> Ons bedrijf &quot;Ja Bonita F\u00e1brica&quot; is geregistreerd bij het Spaanse Agentschap voor Geneesmiddelen en Gezondheidsproducten (AEMPS). Dit betekent dat onze natuurlijke zepen en andere cosmetische producten, zoals de zeepbloemen die we produceren, unieke, handgemaakte producten zijn. Elk zeeprecept dat we ontwikkelen, is geregistreerd, evenals elk bestanddeel van onze zeep. Alle producten zijn gecertificeerd en in het laboratorium getest. We richten ons op een natuurlijke en respectvolle houding ten opzichte van de menselijke gezondheid en de natuur. Bij de productie van onze zepen gebruiken we geen synthetische kleurstoffen of geurstoffen, maar alleen natuurlijke ingredi\u00ebnten: honing, melk, wijn, chocolade, oli\u00ebn, kruidenthee en cosmetische klei. De materialen die worden gebruikt voor de dozen en wikkels van de zepen zijn gemaakt van gerecyclede grondstoffen, zeewierpapier of olijfpapier, gemaakt van 15% organisch olijfafval en 30% gerecyclede vezels. Door gebruik te maken van gerecycled materiaal dragen we bij aan het verminderen van de belasting van onze bossen. Dit materiaal is biologisch afbreekbaar, recyclebaar en composteerbaar, waardoor een unieke cirkel van leven ontstaat die volledig afvalvrij is.<\/p>\n<h2> Wanneer besefte u dat het tijd was om uw eigen bedrijf in Spanje te openen?<\/h2>\n<p> Het idee om een winkel met natuurlijke producten te openen, ontstond al lang geleden. Samen met mijn gezin hebben we vele landen bezocht en veel interessante winkels bezocht. In elk van deze winkels hebben we interessante en vooral belangrijke informatie geleerd die we graag willen delen met onze toekomstige en vaste klanten. We hebben ook de markt voor natuurlijke producten en zeep in Itali\u00eb, Frankrijk en Spanje bestudeerd. Tijdens ons onderzoek kwamen we tot de conclusie dat de meeste winkels, groot en klein, bekend en onbekend, zeep verkopen op basis van een kant-en-klare basis of zogenaamde &quot;zeepnoedels&quot;, geperst met speciale machines. Tegelijkertijd zijn er maar weinig winkels of fabrieken die echt natuurlijke zeep maken van hoogwaardige grondstoffen op basis van een natuurlijke basis (vaste en vloeibare plantaardige oli\u00ebn: kokos, olijfolie, sheaboter, enz., evenals pure etherische oli\u00ebn). Daarom hebben we besloten om een kleine familiefabriek voor natuurlijke zeep te openen.<\/p>\n<h2> Waar ben je begonnen?<\/h2>\n<p> Onze eerste zeepwinkel werd in 2019 geopend in Spanje (Torrevieja, Alicante). We hebben veel tijd besteed aan het verzamelen van informatie, het ontwikkelen en testen van zeeprecepten en het beoordelen van de kwaliteit, het huideffect, de verzachtende werking, het schuim, de romigheid, de hardheid en andere kenmerken van natuurlijke zeep. Allereerst hebben we ons tot de assessor gewend (de persoon die alle documentatie voor bedrijven in Spanje beheert). We waren nog maar net begonnen en in Spanje gelden er bepaalde belastingvoordelen voor een auton\u00f3mo gedurende het eerste jaar. Daarom kozen we voor deze ondernemingsvorm. Daarnaast hebben we ons merk &quot;Ja Bonita F\u00e1brica&quot; geregistreerd in het offici\u00eble merkenregister en gebruiken we dit merk volledig legaal en officieel.<\/p>\n<h2> Was u bij de opening van uw bedrijf al ingezetene of had u een verblijfsvergunning voor het bedrijf?<\/h2>\n<p> Voordat we onze zaak openden, beschikten we al over een verblijfsvergunning zonder recht om te werken. Je moet geduld hebben en een goede specialist vinden die je helpt met het voorbereiden van alle documentatie. Tegelijkertijd kun je niet alleen op iemand vertrouwen; je moet je zelf verdiepen in de essentie van het proces, op zoek gaan naar alternatieve informatiebronnen en de juiste mensen als je niet te veel wilt betalen of lang wilt wachten. Alles moet onder controle zijn!<\/p>\n<h2> De Spaanse bureaucratie is legendarisch, vooral op het gebied van zakendoen, het verkrijgen van vergunningen, licenties, enzovoort. Vertel eens over je ervaring: was het moeilijk? Duurde het lang?<\/h2>\n<p> Ja, er gaan legendes over, dus we maakten ons veel zorgen, maar het ging vooral om het gebrek aan informatie over ons werkgebied en de gebrekkige taalkennis. Er is bureaucratie in Spanje, zoals in elk land, maar als je de legale weg kiest, alle belastingen, betalingen voor vergunningen en licenties op tijd en correct betaalt, dan waren er geen problemen en zullen die er ook niet komen. Het hele proces van het openen van een bedrijf en het registreren ervan als productiebedrijf bij de bevoegde autoriteiten \u2013 en geloof me, er zijn er hier veel \u2013 duurde ongeveer 6 maanden.<\/p>\n<h2> Financi\u00eble vraag: hoeveel geld heb je nodig om een bedrijf in Spanje te starten? Wat is de minimale initi\u00eble investering?<\/h2>\n<p> De financi\u00eble kwestie is en blijft voor iedereen relevant, maar feit is dat je voor het starten van een bedrijf geld nodig hebt, en de hoogte daarvan hangt af van de gekozen sector. De registratie als zelfstandig ondernemer kostte ons ongeveer 500 euro. Heb je belastingvoordelen of subsidies gekregen?<\/h2>\n<p> Zoals ik al eerder zei, gelden er in Spanje inderdaad gunstige voorwaarden voor zelfstandigen. Alles wordt in het werk gesteld om het bedrijf te laten voldoen aan de eisen van de markt en de concurrentie. Het eerste jaar ontvangt elke nieuwe particuliere ondernemer bepaalde voordelen die de Spaanse wetgeving voorschrijft. Op een gegeven moment is dit zeer gunstig voor kleine bedrijven.<\/p>\n<h2> Hoe snel verdient een bedrijf zich terug in Spanje, op basis van uw ervaring?<\/h2>\n<p> Zakendoen in Spanje loont net zo goed als in andere landen. Je vindt het antwoord op deze vraag altijd in een goed opgesteld businessplan. Het kost een bedrijf (minstens) twee tot drie jaar om te groeien en het break-evenpunt te bereiken. Nu we al vaste klanten hebben, hebben we veel nieuwe interessante bedrijfsactiviteiten geopend, zoals natuurlijke zeep voor hotels en zeep als cadeau voor gasten bij elke gelegenheid. We hebben ook verkooppunten in andere regio&#39;s en een online winkel.<\/p>\n<h2> Welke bedrijfsbelastingen betaal je in Spanje?<\/h2>\n<p> Dit is de belasting over het inkomen dat wij ontvangen, in ons geval IVA of BTW. Het enige verschil is waarschijnlijk dat als je geen inwoner van Spanje bent, je eerst een verblijfsvergunning met het recht om te werken moet aanvragen.<\/p>\n<h2> Drie adviezen voor wie een eigen bedrijf in Spanje wil starten.<\/h2>\n<p> Wees niet bang voor iets nieuws, nieuw is vooruitgang. Neem contact op met ervaren specialisten die u kunnen helpen met het ontwerp.
