Tegelijkertijd is het bijna onmogelijk om een appartement met \u00e9\u00e9n slaapkamer te vinden voor minder dan 600 euro per maand, en experts waarschuwen dat het aanbodtekort alleen maar zal toenemen. Het probleem om betaalbare huisvesting te vinden is een van de redenen waarom dienstverleners niet naar de toeristische hoofdstad van de Costa Blanca verhuizen. Gemiddeld vari\u00ebren de salarissen hier tussen de 1.200 en 1.500 euro, en als de helft van het verdiende geld naar huur gaat, verliest verhuizen zijn zin. Een kamer huren zou een uitweg kunnen zijn, maar deze optie is niet voor iedereen geschikt &#8211; vooral niet voor alleenstaande jonge werknemers. De meeste potenti\u00eble huurders zijn op zoek naar een appartement met twee slaapkamers van 60 m\u00b2 en een garage. Dit laatste is typisch voor het stadscentrum, waar een tekort aan parkeerplaatsen is. Voor zo&#39;n appartement vragen ze 750-850 euro per maand, afhankelijk van de regio, hoewel er steeds vaker opties van meer dan 1000 euro zijn. Ook in andere badplaatsen aan de kust in de provincie Alicante is een gestage stijging van de huurprijzen te zien, maar qua hoge huurprijzen zijn ze allemaal lager <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/benidorm-points-of-interest\">dan Benidorm<\/a> . Met name de prijs per vierkante meter huurwoning in <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/life-in-spain\/alfaz-del-pi-spain\">Alfaz del Pi<\/a> bedraagt 10,4 euro per maand, in <a
