Het is gelegen op de hellingen en aan de voet van de berg La Concha, die deel uitmaakt van het Sierra Blanca-gebergte, dat zich uitstrekt langs de kust van Marbella en de status heeft van natuurreservaat (of, om preciezer te zijn, een UNESCO-biosfeerreservaat). De urbanisatie ontleent er zelfs haar naam aan. Het visitekaartje van de urbanisatie Sierra Blanca is misschien wel het fantastische uitzicht: 300 meter boven zeeniveau biedt een panoramisch uitzicht over de hele kust, de Middellandse Zee en aangrenzende, niet minder prestigieuze gebieden, en vanaf sommige punten kun je zelfs Gibraltar, de Straat van Gibraltar en de verre kust van Afrika zien. De meeste villa&#39;s en herenhuizen zijn zo ontworpen dat vanuit elk raam en vanaf elk terras een prachtig uitzicht ontstaat. Ook aan de tuinen wordt niet minder aandacht besteed: landschapsarchitecten proberen elk wooncomplex en elke villa harmonieus in te passen in een stedelijk ensemble, de omliggende dennenbossen en het natuurpark.<\/p>\n<h2> Waar ligt Sierra Blanca?<\/h2>\n<p> Sierra Blanca ligt ten noordwesten van Marbella, boven de AP-7, de mediterrane snelweg. De urbanisatie wordt in het zuiden begrensd door de snelweg, in het noorden door een bergketen die bescherming biedt tegen de noordwestenwind, en in het westen en oosten door twee kleine rivieren: de Arroyo de la Piedras en de Arroyo de Guadalpin. Afstand van de urbanisatie Sierra Blanca tot:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Centrum van Marbella \u2013 4 km;<\/li>\n<li> <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/puerto-banus-spain\">Puerto Banus<\/a> \u2013 7 km;<\/li>\n<li> Internationale luchthaven van Malaga \u2013 55 km.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> De Costa del Sol wordt beschouwd als de zonnigste kust van Spanje, dus Sierra Blanca, net als de omliggende badplaatsen, is bijna het hele jaar door ondergedompeld in de zon. Een respectabele urbanisatie voor rijke mensen &#8211; zo kan Sierra Blanca in een paar woorden worden beschreven. Samen met de Golden Mile en La Zagaleta vormt het de TOP 3 van duurste urbanisaties <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/life-in-spain\/costa-del-sol-spain\">aan de Costa del Sol<\/a> . Sierra Blanca wordt vaak het Spaanse Beverly Hills genoemd.<\/p>\n<h2> Sierra Blanca-infrastructuur<\/h2>\n<p> Sierra Blanca is een gebied met een exclusieve ontwikkeling: villa&#39;s en herenhuizen met grote percelen worden afgewisseld met afgesloten wooncomplexen. Er zijn hier niet veel appartementencomplexen (de bekendste appartementencomplexen zijn Lagos de Sierra Blanca en El Alfar) en er worden slechts in beperkte oplages appartementen te koop aangeboden (evenals bungalows en herenhuizen). Sierra Blanca is gekozen vanwege iets anders: prachtige cottages, luxe villa&#39;s en premium herenhuizen, die zich onderscheiden door de hoge bouwkwaliteit. Mensen komen hier voor elitarisme, privacy, veiligheid en comfort, voor een respectabele buurt en prestige, en sommigen voor de mogelijkheid om incognito te ontspannen. Sierra Blanca is een relatief jonge woonwijk. De ontwikkeling ervan begon begin jaren 90 van de vorige eeuw. Aanvankelijk werden er verschillende villa&#39;s gebouwd, en tegen het einde van de jaren 90 was de actieve bouw in het hele urbanisatiegebied al begonnen. Sierra Blanca herbergt een van de beste Britse priv\u00e9scholen aan de kust: Swans International School. Basis- en middelbare scholen worden in verschillende gebouwen gegeven. De school accepteert kinderen van 5 tot 18 jaar en bereidt hen voor op de GCSE- en International Baccalaureate-programma&#39;s. Ook zijn er in de urbanisatie sportclubs, een hotel-resort Hotel Sierra Blanca Resort &amp; Spa en medische centra (bijvoorbeeld een vestiging van de Duitse kliniek Buchinger Wilhelmi). In het noorden zijn er talloze wandelroutes langs de meest pittoreske delen van het gebied, voorzien van observatieplatforms. Een van de populairste bestemmingen voor wandelen en fietsen zijn de watervallen van Camoj\u00e1n (Cascada de Camoj\u00e1n), gelegen in het gelijknamige wooncomplex, harmonieus ge\u00efntegreerd in het omringende landschap. Dennenbossen, berghellingen en villa&#39;s in de klassieke Andalusische stijl &#8211; iets waar u nooit genoeg van zult krijgen. In de omgeving van Sierra Blanca, in de aangrenzende urbanisaties, bevinden zich verschillende prestigieuze golfclubs (Club de Golf Marbella, Marbella Golf Country Club, Ban\u00fas Executive Golf en vele anderen), tennis- en paddleclubs, schoonheidscentra en talloze parken. De Golden Mile herbergt de meest trendy nachtclubs van de kust, prachtige stranden en gastronomische restaurants. Op een paar minuten rijden kunt u genieten van de schoonheid van Marbella of de luxe van de boetieks van Puerto Ban\u00fas. Ook prestigieuze onderwijsinstellingen liggen op een paar minuten rijden: de British International School of Marbella, Laude San Pedro International College, Aloha College International School Marbella, International University of Marbella, Les Roches Global Hospitality Education en The American College in Spanje. Aan de andere kant van Arroyo de la Piedras ligt het Nag\u00fceles Park, met talloze wandelpaden, een speeltuin en, het allerbelangrijkste, een goed uitgeruste barbecue- en picknickplaats.<\/p>\n<h2> Onroerend goed in Sierra Blanca<\/h2>\n<p> De gemiddelde prijs per vierkante meter woning in Spanje bedroeg in het voorjaar van 2024 \u20ac 2.056, in Andalusi\u00eb \u20ac 2.083, in de provincie Malaga \u20ac 3.113, in de gemeente Marbella \u20ac 4.526 en in de urbanisatie Sierra Blanca \u20ac 6.246. Ter vergelijking: een vierkante meter woning aan de Golden Mile kostte gemiddeld \u20ac 5.399. De bekendste urbanisaties in Sierra Blanca zijn Condado de Sierra Blanca in het oosten en Mansion Club Marbella in het zuidwesten, en de duurste zijn waarschijnlijk Imara in het centrum en Cascada de Camojan in het noordoosten. De prijzen voor de goedkoopste villa&#39;s in Sierra Blanca beginnen bij \u20ac 1.200.000, terwijl de gemiddelde prijs rond de \u20ac 6.000.000 &#8211; \u20ac 8.000.000 ligt. Er worden interessante opties aangeboden vanaf \u20ac 15.000.000. Het duurste pand op de markt is momenteel een villa van 2.050 m\u00b2, te koop voor \u20ac 35.000.000.
