Dit rendement varieert echter afhankelijk van factoren zoals de locatie van het onroerend goed en de hoeveelheid beschikbare middelen voor investeringen. Masteos, een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in de markt voor huurwoningen, voerde een onderzoek uit om de meest winstgevende steden in Spanje voor residenti\u00eble investeringen te bepalen. Op basis van een aantal parameters, waaronder het verwachte rendement, de bevolkingsdynamiek, de vraagdynamiek op de koop- en huurmarkt en de werkgelegenheid, werden 35 steden geselecteerd. Daarnaast omvatten de selectiecriteria de toeristische aantrekkelijkheid van deze steden, de industri\u00eble activiteit en de omvang van de vastgoedmarkt. De woningen in deze steden werden op basis van de kosten in vier groepen verdeeld.
