Het portaal Idealista heeft een ander onderzoek uitgevoerd om te achterhalen welke steden in Spanje in het laatste kwartaal van 2023 de grootste vraag naar woningen hadden. Het onderzoek analyseerde 119 gemeenten, met meer dan 1.400 gepubliceerde advertenties voor koop en huur, met een gemiddelde prijs van meer dan 1.100 euro per vierkante meter. Ook werd rekening gehouden met het aantal e-mailcontacten met verkopers, tegenbiedingen en vermeldingen in de sectie 'Favorieten' per advertentie op het portaal. Het bleek dat de meeste steden met de grootste vraag geconcentreerd waren in de autonome regio Madrid. In al deze steden lag de gemiddelde prijs van te koop staande woningen boven de 200.000 euro.<\/p>\n
