Naast de PP werd het initiatief gesteund door VOX en UPN, terwijl de PSOE en haar parlementaire partners &quot;tegen&quot; stemden, terwijl Junts en PNV zich onthielden. Het wetsvoorstel gaat nu naar het Congres, dat het kan verwerpen of goedkeuren en terugsturen naar de Eerste Kamer voor verdere behandeling. De tekst van het wetsvoorstel bevat de volgende hoofdmaatregelen ter bestrijding van thuisbezetting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> uitzetting van de &quot;okupas&quot; binnen 24 uur (indien zij niet vrijwillig vertrekken, kan de uitzetting met geweld worden uitgevoerd);<\/li>\n<li> nadat zij op basis van een overeenkomstige aanvraag zijn gedagvaard, zijn het de \u2018okupas\u2019 die hun recht op aanwezigheid in de woning moeten aantonen, en niet de eigenaar ervan, zoals voorheen het geval was;<\/li>\n<li> &quot;Okupas&quot; kunnen zich niet langer registreren in woningen die zij zonder toestemming bewonen;<\/li>\n<li> misdrijven die verband houden met de inbeslagname van de woning van iemand anders, zullen onderworpen worden aan versnelde processen;<\/li>\n<li> Verenigingen van huiseigenaren krijgen de bevoegdheid om in rechtszaken op te treden en preventieve maatregelen te nemen, zoals het aftimmeren van ramen en deuren;<\/li>\n<li> de straffen voor \u2018okupas\u2019 zoals voorzien in artikel 245 van het Wetboek van Strafrecht worden strenger;<\/li>\n<li> Er wordt voorgesteld om artikel 269 van het Wetboek van Strafrecht te wijzigen door straffen toe te voegen voor het aanmoedigen en bevorderen van inbeslagname van woningen, evenals voor het aanzetten tot en het voorstellen om dit misdrijf te plegen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Het aantal gevallen van ongeoorloofde intrek in andermans huis blijft recordhoog \u2013 meer dan 40 per dag. Dit vereist verbetering en versterking van de bescherming van de rechten van huiseigenaren. Cataloni\u00eb is op dit gebied nog steeds de onbetwiste koploper, dus de positie van Junts is begrijpelijk en kan doorslaggevend blijken bij de stemming in het
