Volgens de prognoses van het bedrijf zullen de prijzen dit jaar blijven stijgen, maar in een gematigder tempo. In de provincie <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/sightseeing-in-alicante-spain\">Alicante<\/a> wordt een groei van 2,54% op jaarbasis verwacht, in de provincie Castell\u00f3n 2,57% en in de provincie Valencia 3,28%. Een gemiddelde voor de regio Valencia als geheel is niet berekend, maar de gemiddelde groei van de huizenprijzen in Spanje kan als leidraad worden gebruikt. Deze zal naar verwachting 1,89% bedragen, waarbij de prijs per vierkante meter stijgt van \u20ac 1.752 naar \u20ac 1.785. Eind 2024 zullen de prijzen nog steeds 12,34% onder de pieken liggen die in 2007 in Alicante werden bereikt; 31,10% lager in Castell\u00f3n vergeleken met de pieken van 2009 en 10,66% lager in <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/best-suburbs-of-valencia-spain\">Valencia<\/a> vergeleken met 2008. De stijging van de huizenprijzen in de regio Valencia zal in 2024 dus onbeduidend zijn en de inflatie niet overschrijden, maar er moet rekening worden gehouden met verschillende factoren. Met name de Spaanse vastgoedmarkt heeft zich traditioneel aangepast vanwege een daling van de verkoopvolumes in plaats van een daling van de prijzen.
