De provincie Alicante liep voorop in de groei met 11,9% op jaarbasis (tot \u20ac 1.562\/m\u00b2), terwijl dit cijfer in <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/valencia-or-alicante-advantages-cost-of-living-infrastructure-real-estate\">Valencia<\/a> 9,1% bedroeg (\u20ac 1.338\/m\u00b2) en in Castell\u00f3n 8,1% (\u20ac 1.079\/m\u00b2). Tegelijkertijd wordt de gemiddelde huurprijs in deze autonome regio geschat op \u20ac 10,96\/m\u00b2 per maand, een stijging van 10,2% ten opzichte van dezelfde periode vorig jaar. In de provincie Valencia zijn de huren in de loop van het jaar met 17,8% gestegen tot \u20ac 12,69\/m\u00b2 per maand, in Alicante met 10,7% tot \u20ac 11,7\/m\u00b2 per maand en in Castell\u00f3n met 8,4% tot \u20ac 8,77\/m\u00b2 per maand. Net als in voorgaande periodes namen de regionale verschillen in de groei van de huizenprijzen in het derde kwartaal toe. Onder de autonome regio&#39;s vallen de Canarische Eilanden (14,1%), de Balearen (11,5%), Murcia (10,3%), Andalusi\u00eb (9,4%), Cantabri\u00eb (9,2%) en de regio Valencia (8,7%) op. Aan de andere kant waren de regio&#39;s met de laagste prijsgroei <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/asturias-spain-guide\">Asturi\u00eb<\/a> (1,5%), Extremadura (3,2%), Galici\u00eb (3,4%) en Castilla y Le\u00f3n (3,9%). Geen enkele provincie registreerde een daling van de huizenprijzen. Op provinciaal niveau vallen Santa Cruz de Tenerife (+15,5%), Las Palmas (+12,9%), Alicante (+11,9%), de Balearen (+11,5%) en Segovia (+10,8%) op. Aan de andere kant blijven de provincies met de hoogste huizenprijzen stabiliteit vertonen. Deze omvatten de Balearen (3.030 euro\/m\u00b2), Gipuzkoa (2.903 euro\/m\u00b2), <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/madrid-authorities-will-ban-the-conversion-of-commercial-premises-into-tourist-housing\">Madrid<\/a> (2.692 euro\/m\u00b2), <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/city-of-spain\/malaga-spain\">Malaga<\/a> (2.476 euro\/m\u00b2) en Vizcaya (2.010 euro\/m\u00b2). De meest betaalbare woningen zijn te vinden in Ciudad Real (656 euro\/m\u00b2), Cuenca (769 euro\/m\u00b2) en Ja\u00e9n (818 euro\/m\u00b2). Ondanks de toename van het aantal aan- en verkopen en de stijging van de huizenprijzen, vertoont de huurmarkt geen tekenen van vertraging. Net als in het voorgaande kwartaal zagen zeven provincies de huurprijzen met meer dan 15% stijgen. De grootste prijsstijgingen werden geregistreerd in Soria (+18,9%), Cuenca (+18,1%) en Valencia (+17,8%), terwijl alleen Huelva (-0,3%) een negatieve jaardynamiek liet zien. In absolute termen blijft Barcelona de provincie met de hoogste huren, met een gemiddelde van 21,97 euro per m\u00b2 per maand, gevolgd door Madrid (19,42) en de Balearen (19,06).
