De groei bedroeg toen 20% en wordt nu geschat op 15%, goed voor \u20ac 16 miljard. Residentieel vastgoed speelt hierbij een belangrijke rol, gevolgd door hotels, winkels, kantoren en logistiek. Spanje kent momenteel een gunstig investeringsklimaat, met een inflatie van bijna 2% en rentetarieven die naar hetzelfde niveau neigen. Het vertrouwen van investeerders wordt ook ondersteund door de aanhoudend hoge binnenlandse en buitenlandse vraag naar woningen, samen met een lage schuldenlast van huishoudens en bedrijven. Residentieel vastgoed zal in 2025 de toon zetten en goed zijn voor 30-35% van de totale investeringen. De verkoop zal naar verwachting tegen eind 2024 bijna 700.000 eenheden bereiken, een recordhoogte vergeleken met het gemiddelde van 500.000 tussen 2015 en 2019. In 2025 zullen naar verwachting 678.000 verkooptransacties worden afgerond en 138.000 nieuwe eenheden in gebruik worden genomen.
