Dit is het resultaat van een dringend parlementair onderzoek op initiatief van de Volkspartij (PP) &quot;Over het falen van het regeringshuisvestingsbeleid&quot;, dat leidde tot de goedkeuring van vijf van de zes specifieke punten. Het initiatief werd aangenomen ondanks het feit dat de PSOE en Sumar, die de regeringscoalitie vormen, ertegen stemden. Het eerste van deze punten, goedgekeurd tijdens de plenaire vergadering van het lagerhuis, roept de regering op om openbare gronden op de vastgoedmarkt te brengen en dit op transparante wijze te doen, via een portaal als een open informatietool waarmee men de gronden die zij bezit, kan bekijken. Nog meer parlementsleden stemden voor de tweede optie, die voorziet in de &quot;uitdrukkelijke uitzetting&quot; van degenen die andermans huizen bewonen: naast vertegenwoordigers van PP, PNV, Vox en UPN stemden ook Coalici\u00f3n Canaria en Junts, waarmee ze een ruime meerderheid behaalden \u2013 180 stemmen &quot;voor&quot; en 162 &quot;tegen&quot;. De Baskische linkse separatistische partij EH Bildu eist op haar beurt meer rechtszekerheid op het gebied van stadsplanning, het beperken van de ongeldigheid van algemene stadsplannen vanwege vormgebreken en het nemen van specifieke maatregelen om de toegang tot huisvesting te vergemakkelijken \u2013 zoals het verlengen van garanties tot 40 jaar, het behoud van spaargeld en het bevorderen van de emancipatie van jongeren. Volgens premier Pedro S\u00e1nchez hebben momenteel meer dan 66.000 jongeren huursubsidie ontvangen.
