Dit is 1,2 procentpunt lager dan in dezelfde periode vorig jaar en 3,8 procentpunt lager dan in februari. De belangrijkste reden hiervoor zouden de ongunstige weersomstandigheden zijn &#8211; maart was ongewoon regenachtig, wat de beslissingen van reizigers be\u00efnvloedde.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sommige toeristische gebieden lieten echter stabielere resultaten zien. Zo bereikte Playa de San Juan 87,5% en de stad Alicante 71,1%. Buitenlandse toeristen vertegenwoordigden 70,6% van het totaal, met gasten uit het Verenigd Koninkrijk op kop (27,5%), gevolgd door Duitsland, Noorwegen, Nederland en Polen. Van de Spaanse regio&#39;s staat Madrid op de eerste plaats (27,3%), gevolgd door Valencia (26,3%), gevolgd door Cataloni\u00eb, Andalusi\u00eb en Castili\u00eb-La Mancha.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Te midden van een algemene neergang<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">het succes van Alicante Smart Hotel<\/span><\/h3>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tegen deze achtergrond valt het nieuwste lid van APHA, Alicante Smart Hotel, op. Het hotel, dat zich onlangs officieel bij de vereniging heeft aangesloten, heeft zich meteen geprofileerd als een succesvolle en populaire accommodatie.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De bezettingsgraad in maart bereikte 92%, wat niet alleen aanzienlijk hoger is dan het provinciale gemiddelde (69,9%), maar ook aanzienlijk hoger dan het stadsgemiddelde (71,1%).<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op 8 april bedroeg de huidige bezettingsgraad van het hotel 86%, terwijl de maximumbezetting van maart naar verwachting al in april zal worden overschreden \u2013 dat wil zeggen dat de cijfers boven de 92% liggen, ondanks het feit dat de stad tijdens Pasen (Semana Santa) slechts 73,1% verwacht.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nieuw hotel<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nieuwe normen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Onlangs ontving Alicante Smart Hotel vertegenwoordigers van de vereniging \u2013 APHA-voorzitter Luis Castillo en manager Monse Carceles \u2013 die de accommodatie inspecteerden en een ontmoeting hadden met hoteldirecteur Ludmila Lipnitskaya. Het voorbeeld onderstreept het belang van een innovatieve aanpak, comfort en flexibiliteit in de omgang met toeristen, vooral in een omgeving met een onstabiele
