Voor Spanje steeg de verkoop in deze twee perioden met 6,4% tot 664.076 transacties; terwijl de gemiddelde prijzen stegen van \u20ac 1.786 per vierkante meter tot \u20ac 1.881, een stijging van 5,9%. In de regio Valencia, goed voor 16% van het totale aantal woningtransacties in Spanje, stegen de prijzen met 4,1% en de prijzen met 7,9%. In de provincie Alicante bedroegen deze cijfers respectievelijk 2,6% en 7,5%; in Castell\u00f3n 12,8% en 0,5%; en in Valencia 3,6% en 8,8%. Het aandeel van elke provincie in het totale aantal woningtransacties is als volgt: Alicante &#8211; 51%, <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/articles\/news\/valencia-has-been-recognized-the-worlds-best-city-for-expats-to-live\">Valencia<\/a> &#8211; 36,9%, Castell\u00f3n &#8211; 12,1%. De bovenstaande informatie wordt verstrekt door het Ministerie van Transport, maar het Nationaal Instituut voor de Statistiek (INE) heeft voorlopige gegevens gepubliceerd over de verkoop en aankoop van onroerend goed voor september en oktober 2024, die verrassend zijn. Ze bleven relatief stabiel gedurende het jaar, met seizoensvariaties, maar in september en oktober 2024 stegen ze sterk op jaarbasis: met 33% in Spanje en met 44,5% in de regio Valencia, waarmee ze 21.785 eigendommen bereikten. Per provincie steeg het aantal woningen in Alicante met 41,2%, in Castell\u00f3n met 52,7% en in Valencia met 46,3%. Als de voorlopige gegevens kloppen, kan dit worden verklaard door twee feiten: ten eerste de aanwezigheid van onafgemaakte bouw die niet verkocht werd, en een te grote vraag naar gebruikte woningen, waardoor een lichte prijsdaling ertoe leidde dat vraag en aanbod uiteindelijk op hetzelfde niveau kwamen. Ten tweede moedigden de rentetarieven en kredietvoorwaarden kopers aan. In de nabije toekomst zal de verkoop en aankoop van nieuwe woningen beperkt blijven tot het relatief kleine aantal projecten dat de afgelopen twee jaar is gestart, hoewel de vraag naar bestaande woningen kan toenemen als de prijzen daarvoor dalen. Deze trend zal ongetwijfeld bijdragen aan een versnelde oplevering en de lancering van projecten die qua woningtype en prijs zijn afgestemd op de
