In de eerste drie maanden van dit jaar sloot Engel &amp; V\u00f6lkers 91 transacties af in Ciutat Vella met een gemiddelde huurprijs van \u20ac 1.300 per maand. De gemiddelde oppervlakte van de meeste van deze panden is 76 vierkante meter, wat neerkomt op een prijs van ongeveer \u20ac 17\/m\u00b2 per maand. 60% van de huurders is ook buitenlands, wat de aantrekkelijkheid van dit gebied in Valencia bevestigt voor mensen die op zoek zijn naar tijdelijke of langdurige huisvesting.
