{"id":898417,"date":"2025-10-07T18:40:48","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T15:40:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/?p=898417"},"modified":"2025-10-07T19:04:59","modified_gmt":"2025-10-07T16:04:59","slug":"torrevieja-feder-urban-renovation-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/nl\/articles\/life-in-spain\/torrevieja-feder-urban-renovation-2025","title":{"rendered":"Torrevieja ontvangt \u20ac8,56 miljoen uit EU-fondsen voor stadsvernieuwing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>6 oktober 2025<\/strong> is bekendgemaakt dat <strong>Torrevieja<\/strong> <strong>\u20ac8.562.418<\/strong> heeft verworven uit het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondoseuropeos.hacienda.gob.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Europees Fonds voor Regionale Ontwikkeling (FEDER)<\/a> in het kader van het programma <em>Planes de Actuaci\u00f3n Integrados<\/em> voor lokale overheden. De beslissing is genomen door de Directie Europese Fondsbeheer van het Spaanse Ministerie van Financi\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Torrevieja behoort tot de drie gemeenten in de Valenciaanse Gemeenschap (samen met Valencia en Castell\u00f3n de la Plana) die de maximale toewijzing hebben ontvangen. Van de 42 gemeenten in de regio ontvingen slechts 15 steun.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"projects\">Belangrijkste investeringsrichtingen<\/h2>\n<p>De middelen worden ingezet voor de uitvoering van het <strong>Ge\u00efntegreerd Actieplan (PAI)<\/strong>, met als doel de <strong>regeneratie van het zuidelijke deel van het stadscentrum<\/strong>, met name in de districten Acequi\u00f3n en San Roque. Het project omvat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reconstructie van de Eras de la Sal-zone<\/strong> \u2013 modernisering van het Zee- en Zoutmuseum, aanleg van een nieuwe <em>Zoutpromenade<\/em> en invoering van technologie\u00ebn om de ecologische en toeristische aantrekkelijkheid te verhogen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vernieuwing van het centrum van San Roque<\/strong> \u2013 transformatie tot een moderne sociaal-culturele ruimte om de gemeenschap te verbinden en verenigingsleven te stimuleren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Renaturalisering van schoolpleinen van CEIP Acequi\u00f3n en Inmaculada<\/strong> \u2013 inrichting en betrokkenheid van de lokale gemeenschap in het vernieuwingsproces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"mobility\">Groene corridors &amp; stedelijke inrichting<\/h2>\n<p>Alle projectlocaties zullen worden verbonden door een nieuwe <strong>groene corridor en fietspaden<\/strong>, die zich uitstrekken van de weg CV-95 tot het park Do\u00f1a Sinforosa en de zone Eras de la Sal. Deze aanpak zal culturele en educatieve centra verbinden met recreatiegebieden en een aangename, veilige ruimte cre\u00ebren voor inwoners en bezoekers.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"management\">Projectbeheer<\/h2>\n<p>De co\u00f6rdinatie wordt uitgevoerd door de <strong>Afdeling Europese Fondsen<\/strong> van het stadhuis van Torrevieja, samen met gemeentelijke afdelingen voor stadsontwikkeling, toerisme, onderwijs, cultuur, innovatie, ecologie en sociaal beleid. Deze structuur werd in juni 2024 opgericht om Europese middelen aan te trekken en te beheren, en is nu verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van het Ge\u00efntegreerde Actieplan.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"impact\">Betekenis voor de stad<\/h2>\n<p>Het FEDER-programma 2021\u20132027 is gericht op de ontwikkeling van duurzame, ecologische en digitale steden. Voor Torrevieja betekent deze subsidie de grootste investering in het stedelijk landschap in jaren. Het project zal helpen de lokale economie te diversifi\u00ebren, de stedelijke kwaliteit te verbeteren en de toeristische aantrekkingskracht van de kustgemeente te
