Volgens het portaal Fotocasa heeft deze gemeente de hoogste prijs per vierkante meter onroerend goed op de secundaire markt. Zo bedraagt de gemiddelde prijs per vierkante meter voor een tweede <a href=\"https:\/\/alegria-realestate.com\/ru\/sale\/alboraya\">woning in Alboraya<\/a> \u20ac 2.573. Tegelijkertijd bedroeg de groei van de vastgoedprijzen in deze gemeente 6% per maand en meer dan 20% op jaarbasis. Het is vermeldenswaard dat de gemeente Benidorm, het op \u00e9\u00e9n na duurste gebied voor de aankoop van onroerend goed in de regio Valencia, en de hoofdstad van de autonome regio zelf, Valencia, heeft ingehaald wat betreft gemiddelde woningprijzen. Het verschil in prijs per vierkante meter bedroeg in het eerste geval \u20ac 300 en in het tweede \u20ac 500. Het portaal Fotocasa heeft ook een ranglijst opgesteld van gemeenten met de hoogste groei van de vastgoedprijzen in de afgelopen maand. De koploper van deze ranglijst in de provincie Valencia was de gemeente Quart de Poblet, waar de huizenprijzen de afgelopen maand met 10,6% stegen. Op autonoom niveau werd de ranglijst aangevoerd door de gemeente Alcal\u00e0 de Xivert, gelegen in de provincie Castell\u00f3n. Hier stegen de prijzen in november met 12,9% ten opzichte van oktober.
