In het komende jaar zal Spanje opnieuw de koploper worden van de Europese landen met de hoogste groei in vastgoedprijzen. Bovendien zal het een van de Europese landen blijven met het hoogste werkloosheidspercentage. Volgens een studie van het gezaghebbende ratingbureau Moody's, die een prognose bevat voor de ontwikkeling van de West-Europese economie in 2020, zullen de kosten van onroerend goed in Spanje<\/a> de komende 12 maanden met 5,5% stijgen. Dit is het hoogste cijfer van de 8 geanalyseerde landen. Bovendien overtreffen deze cijfers aanzienlijk de cijfers die Moody's enkele maanden geleden aankondigde – met 2 – 3%. Volgens dezelfde studie blijft Spanje in 2020 het tweede EU-land qua werkloosheid, na Griekenland, maar het aantal werklozen zal licht dalen ten opzichte van 2019. Als er in 2019 dus 14,1% werkloos was in Spanje, zal het verwachte werkloosheidspercentage in 2020 13,4% bedragen. In Itali\u00eb en Frankrijk zal het werkloosheidspercentage ook hoog zijn, respectievelijk 10% en 8,3%. In Duitsland en Nederland wordt dit cijfer in 2020 naar verwachting 4%, in het VK 4,1%, in Ierland 5% en in Portugal 6%. \"Spanje Wat de economische groei betreft, zal Spanje goede indicatoren behouden, hoewel het tempo zal vertragen.
